Located at the secondary complex, 7064 Crowner Dr. in Lansing, a gentleman named Mr. Marco was my assistant. He went above and beyond to help me resolve a matter. For once, someone at the Secretary of State office showed intelligence, empathy, and compassion toward customers. He was patient, didn't get irritated, and listened to my explanation. He considered my reasoning, found a solution, and resolved the matter simply because he wasn't afraid to do his job. He wanted to help, and he's definitely the type of employee who deserves recognition for outstanding service. If only the Secretary of State had more dedicated employees like Mr. Marco, the office would be a much more pleasant place for business. Thanks again, Marco.

The representative had several opportunities to help 2 customers that didn't have an appointment. Ignored us completely Terrible customer service. This office needs to become more customer oriented. I set an appointment for 1:50 came back at that time , they told me to have a seat and I would be called.... 15 minutes later a gentleman walks in says he had no appointment and the lady told him to have a seat and then she called him up immediately before I was called. At that point I felt I had to let them know that I felt they had forgotten about me at which point she said I should be next in line. I was not, finally after sitting there for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time , I was called up and taken care of. I was only there to renew a tab. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes after my appointment was set, especially since I had already left and came back at the appointed time. Go back to the taking number system.
