I had asked for the forms that needed to be filled out and she ignored me and asked the person behind me if she could help them. She continued to talk to the Patient in front of me about her boyfriend. Also, told another Patient that needed a Doctor's note that she did not need a "Reason" filled in because it was none of their business. After waiting for almost an hour, we left and went to the Urgent Care in Chardon and had a much better experience there.

The main issue I had is that your time is shared with another person. I needed 100% PT time. Luna Physical Therapy offers individual PT in your house. The people treat you like family and know their patients by name. Dr. K is very professional but also good about making sure the person is cared for holistically, and makes it a point to find out what is going on in your life, contributing to the stress on your joints and muscles.
