BUT comparing them to similar stores in other cities, they still do it quite well. Customer Service - Always friendly and real. Not overly friendly/fake and never grumpy. I believe the owner runs it half the time and he's a really nice person. Selection - For the space, it's as much stuff as they could cram in there. And the variety is really good. They try to cater to every age demographic. I went to get my poster mounted. They were definitely the cheapest in the city. I called around. The end result was perfect! A few minor problems with the poster were ironed out in the mounting process as well. It was exactly what I was looking for. If you need a poster or need some mounting, I believe also framing done anywhere, they should be your first phone call. :)

This caught my eye and I decided to pop in and see what else I could find. Now I can see my son going and grabbing a few pieces from this store for this apartment as the prices are reasonable for what he might consider something to hang on his wall. Scarface who does not love that and $19.95, as well the famous pose from James Dean. Now am I saying that everything in here will be hanging in your living room no, but it is a perfect stop for those young ones starting out and need some great wall mounted art for a good price.

Gallery staff were very helpful in helping me with my choice. It sits above my desk as I'm typing this review and I remain very happy and impressed with this super native art piece.

I also coach actors and teach workshops on acting and the one thing that bothers me the most is a bad Headshot. A Headshot is a photograph of an actor that they use to sell them selves at auditions. The rules of a good Headshot are simple. All you have to do in order to see if the Headshot is a good one or not, is take the printed 8X10 copy of the Headshot, but it next to your head, and if the person on the 8X10 copy looks exactly like you, then you have a good Headshot. So many Photographers in this city want to make the Actor look better or look different than how they look when we see them head on. So they'll take a half profile, half front of face shot, or get you to turn or position your body in an awkward angle. All of those are terrible choices. But many Photographers think that since they can shoot portraits or shoot fashion, that they can automatically shoot Headshots. However this is not the case. Precision Photo Services is a good, low-cost alternative for many types of photo-jobs. But they are not a good choice for Headshots. I tried with them a few times because their prices were so low but I never came out with anything impressive or anything that followed the rules of a Headshot. I have seen many photographs since from other actors who tried the same thing I did and every single time, they just don't have the right perspective of a good Headshot. So don't head there to get your Headshot done. I know its inexpensive which is great, but you aren't going to get anything you can use. As for other types of photographs, they do a great job at portraits and weddings. Are they the best in the city? No. Not at all. But they are nice, friendly, and you generally get what you pay for which is okay quality.
