This record store is fantastic. I visit record shops across the country and the two genres hardest…read moreto snag are hip hop and classic soul/R&B. This place, in Wyoming of all places, had a sizable soul/R&B music section. Bands like the Commodores, Earth Wind & Fire, and Average White Band had a broad selection, as well as their leads like Philip Bailey, Lionel Richie, and other greats like Issac Hayes and Chaka Khan. The prices were great, with albums ranging from $2.99 to a few upwards of $70. And everyone in the store was nice and helpful. If I lived here, I would definitely shop here often.

There is another record store down the road and it smelt putrid and had absolutely ZERO records and the guy running the cash register was so nice! This review is specifically for The Cupboard's knife sharpening service…read more I had several issues with the service: I was told the sharpening would take 48 hours. No one contacted me within that timeframe, so I waited an extra day and called myself. Only then was I told it was finished. The knife came back with a burr on the tip that I had to remove on my own. A sharpening service should inspect their work and handle basic finishing before returning the knife. The knife was damaged, and nothing was mentioned to me. It looks like a mechanical sharpening tool was used, and it left a noticeable gouge in the finish. This is a $250 Benchmade pocket knife that was essentially like new. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The communication was poor, the knife wasn't ready when promised, the finishing work was subpar, and they damaged an expensive knife without acknowledging it. I only noticed the damage when I got home. While the knife still functions, it's extremely frustrating to have your property damaged and not be informed.
