I was charged the full amount when my insurance covers the services. I actually had an insurance rep on the phone with a representative from thriveworks and explained to them that my insurance covers the services and they still charged me anyway. A month and a 1/2 later I have an additional charge on my card the other reviews are right if they have your card on file you will probably need to cancel that card because they will just charge it haphazardly. I don't like to think that a Company providing therapy services is fraudulent but I can't think of anything else that is happening right now. I asked to speak to a supervisor or an office manager and they said no one is ever available and they don't have emails. I should have been suspicious from that point. Why can't I speak to a supervisor or a manager of of any sort within that entire company? It's unfortunate that you provide a service to help people with stress and it's EXACTLY what you give. The only reason why there is one star is because you can't post your review unless you click at least 1.

That's probably my fault because prior step phone conversation I was agitated a little bit I think when I was speaking with her my voice came out forcefully and it may have made me sound aggressive which was not the intent of my what I was trying to communicate with Mrs Byrne. I do think she gave up on me rather quickly without much of an attempt to help yeah, but that's okay, she sounded young, no experience to be able to handle situations, no big deal.

She has forgotten to send my medications to the pharmacy on multiple occasions, as well as "scheduling me for next month" but then does not actually follow through with this. I am on two medications and for the past 2 months, she has only sent ONE medication to the pharmacy. Fortunately I have some left-over from my previous insurance, but this is a BLANTANT DISREGARD to my mental health and functioning. I've asked her multiple times to please send them the day of our sessions as that is usually when my medication runs out. Just this past week I saw her at 9AM and she said she would send the prescriptions to the pharmacy in the "afternoon." I spoke twice with the receptionist at noon and again at 5pm who stated they had sent NP Runsewe messages to forward my meds to the pharmacy but this was never done. Flashforward to the next day and I still don't have my medications. I had to send an email to various providers to Green Ridge and ONLY ONE medicaiton was sent in the morning. NP Runsewe still had forgotten to send my second medication and was only finally sent after I sent even more emails out. I've only been a patient here for a few months but am already thinking of finding a different practice to receive services at.

As there was past noted physical violence, the family was struggling. She appeared very friendly at the start. Soon after kids left distraught and conflict seemed to be fostered in family sessions. Family and individual sessions remained routinely very distressing, after months with few positive "take aways." Some interactions involved concerning language that some participants experienced as threats. There were no resolutions to any family issues, and sadly many family members left in tears and no plan for resolution. There were frequent cancellations for long-scheduled appts that were very last minute. The relationship here felt like ongoing financial exploitation. Instead of resolving conflict, more and more sessions were needed. And distress increased instead, despite the family's commitment and ongoing serious issue for this family. Problems continued to build and more and more sessions were needed, causing distress for the children involved. There was inconsistent follow-up from the start. Basic information about the children's diagnoses and medications was not well documented or recalled. Difficult to plan family therapy sessions often left the family distressed. Kim initially indicated she would take straightforward steps to support the family, but these actions were not sustained, leading to repeated harm and severe emotional strain. We deeply regret our entire experience with the practice group and Kim, the owner in particular.

She always remembers what we spoke about and remembers my loved ones' names, which I find very thoughtful and nice. After we catch up on life, she asks me what my main concern(s) are currently. I tell her what they are and then she proceeds to guide me through a meditative hypnosis wherein we focus on the topic or person of my choice. From the first session, I felt a weight lifted off my chest. Three sessions after that, I feel more empowered, confident, and peaceful. Meditation is something I have been learning and practicing for a few years. At times during meditation, one can feel vulnerable and fearful. I feel protected and safe when Jessica guides me through a meditation/hypnosis, and that is extremely important for it to be effective. Hypnosis was something I have never done before, but always wanted to try. I have learned in my personal studies that much of our inner healing takes place when we are silent and still. I find that silence to be very healing - even though it's hard sometimes to be still and silent for longer than 5 minutes for someone as restless as me. She guides me through a meditation that I helped create (my happy place is a beautiful beach). She has also guided me through other various hypnotic states. I have learned how to better meditate and visualize whatever results I want. I have also learned how to focus more on gratitude and less on fear-based thought patterns and behaviors. It's hard to describe how helpful meditation and hypnosis are - but I believe they're the best kind of therapy that exist. Jessica is one of the most kind hearted and also professional people I have ever worked with. She has given me tools that I can take with me and use any time in my life. She has a VERY calming presence and voice, and she fluctuates her tone during the hypnosis, which I find to be very pleasant and relaxing.
