I've been coming to S'eclairer for 3 years and absolutely love my doctor. This review is for the secretaries of S'eclairer. There have been so many times over the past 3 years where I've had to call 15+ times in order to get ahold of someone during a crisis. I've left messages every day for a week in a row and my doctor never gets them. At my latest trip to S'eclairer I was sitting in the waiting room and overheard two of the secretaries joking about not answering the phone and being so annoyed when people call more than once. One of them even said "I told them 'we got your message, you don't have to blow up our phone.'" Maybe they should actually do their job so that people don't have to call more than once. Sitting in their office I can hear their phone ringing off the hook, but the secretary is no where to be found. What is it going to take for them to do their job? I'm seriously worried that someone will hurt themselves while waiting for staff to get back to them. I'm heavily considering changing offices just so that I can be with a doctor who will actually get my messages in time of need. Thanks for nothing S'eclairer. read more
