However, when we called to get a plumber to come out initially (January 20th) because the radiator had frozen and was spraying water all over the room, we were told that someone would come out if they had time. We ended up calling the emergency plumber line because our leak started to drop down from the second floor to the first floor. At this time we told them that we wanted to replace the cast iron radiator with tin tube. It has now been almost 3 weeks and the most follow up that we have gotten was after calling 3 days in a row asking if someone can come out and get the process started for the new heater, and that tech came out and took pictures. When I called today to find out when they could come out they said next week. When my husband called they refused to speak to him because he was upset and accidently let an f bomb slip one time, after almost 3 weeks of not having heat in one of our bedrooms, and a destroyed kitchen from the water mitigation that can't be fixed until the plumber does their work on the pipes. We will be finding a new plumber to get this handled.

Charlie was prompt when scheduling a time to service both systems and made it a very easy choice to go with them. His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?
