Ordered good set of skis and other equipment on 4th of December rated to be delivered in 3 to 5…read moreworking days... After couple of weeks of problems with the UPS shipping company regarding the street name (which is obviously a long one, but nothing that stops the postman to bring the letter in...) number of emails written to Sport Bittl ( the only one who can contact the shipping company to explain the banality of the problem) and finally parcels are back in their warehouse. Ok, it's wrong enough, but it's not the Bittl's fault, they just need to resend it... But guess what they did: They refunded me... And only after my one month bench mark email they informed me about what they did... They said UPS marked the parcel as returned by receiver... And nothing else... Job's done... One month lost... Not to mention one week rent of the whole equipment. Well maybe it's UPS to blame but it's not me who chose the UPS, it's Sport Bittl and they didn't follow the situation properly.
