I had our bikes taken in here for some repairs and in comparison to other shops in the area they…read moreare really good. The staff are really helpful and honest. It cost less than in did in other places for the same type of work and the guy who was helping me spoke little or no English but managed to explain everything in such a way that I could understand his German and I was really delighted with the outcome. In the busy months come early. This morning at 8.30am half an hour before the shop opened there were about 20 people waiting to get their bikes serviced or repaired. This place is cash only so please come ready with cash for the work they do. They don't even have a card machine :-) Good service and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for ? :-)) I don't mind waiting in line for good quality service.

This is strictly a review about their online store. Very bad communication, never update true…read moreinformation on order status, declared items in stock and immediate shipping however truth was they were not in stock and had to wait to be shipped from Italy without being informed. After calling them a million times they told us so. It took them five-six days after that to ship the products however again a problem in the shipping regulations made a mess of the order status. Not so much a problem but again we weren't the slightest notified that 2 items could not be shipped to our destination leaving 40 euros in our account to add something else . Even worse after again calling them repeatedly and emailing them with no answer they updated the status of our order to shipped with the wrong old tracking number and now we have no idea 14days later whether our products have shipped where they are and what it is actually included in our order. Again no mention for a refund for the removed items. Stay away from their online store. I'm sure they are quite good on the spot but they cannot manage an online store

We decided to spend a day shopping around Marienplatz while here and came into this store so my…read morefiancee could browse "man things". This is a large store with about 6 stories and it is all devoted to men. Each floor has something specific like jeans, belts, blazers, etc. The shoe section is actually very nice and has a large selection of men's dress shoes and active shoes. Prices are high but the shoes are high quality and I saw a cobbler working area where they look like they do repairs and shaping. Quality products in here and a huge selection. You can find anything you need in this store and several well-known fashion brands and some you haven't heard of but will probably like just as well.

One of the things I love about Germany, is the culture of reuse and repair. It really surprised me…read morewhen I moved here that, you could repair most things and, bring them back to life. This is one of those places. Shoes go in here and, come back looking young and refreshed and, ready to take on the world ;-)) They have a repair shop and also a resident shoemaker. They do have a separate store for buying and fitting shoes (well I believe it belongs to the same people) and the repair shop. I have only ever used the repair shop and will check out the retail shop another time. I have been here a few times and their service is excellent. The prices are a bit high, however, for the quality of work it's worth it. I recently had two pairs of soles repaired and redone and, I think the sole will last longer than the shoe;-)) It's in my neighborhood and I use it often. It's nostalgic for me as, shops like this were common in India, growing up, and being able to do this here is excellent :-))
