She said that was her but the woman that answered the phone seemed like she didn't have the time of day for me and also had a really bad attitude. After she treated me this way I would never recommend any family or friends to go there. There is plenty of other campgrounds next to the lake to stay at. The lady that answered the phone needs to learn how to talk and treat potential customers.

Wilson even came down to the pier in Bay City Mi. on a Sunday, to see what kind of problems I was dealing with. Wilson is a small operation and he tries to do his best to help all his customers. I witnessed that, when I happened to be at his shop picking up my boat around closing time, a customer was heading north for the weekend and he stayed after hours to complete a job so someone would have a good weekend. He has put a new lower unit on my boat, switched the wiring around to make it more convenient to shut the batteries off. Wilson has put many new parts on my boat at a reasonable price and I appreciate having qualified mechanics that know how to fix things right! He was helping a customer, so we waited by the front doors for him to he available. He gave the customer a brochure and they drove off. He then walked in the front door and locked it behind him. Without even a word to us, he shut off the Open sign. Looks like they closed a lt 2 pm, which we did not know. Someone could have at least told us they were closing.
