I had a very bizarre conversation with Michael. I was told that if you're looking for a lost or missing person that you are out of touch with reality basically. I am a Board Member of a Bellevue Condominium and I contacted Michael because we had been receiving reports of vandalism in our North Stairwell. Trash and drug needles (and sometimes even feces !!) would be left behind by the time our maintenance manager came in the morning to check on the property. We had spent so much money cleaning that North Stairwell after every vandalism. I found Michael through Yelp and contacted him to come in the early 2am - 4am time frame to watch that North Stairwell, take evidence photos, and contact the police if the perpetrator was found. Michael responded immediately and came out right away. Coincidentally, on the day Michael came out to check the property, the trespasser was still there! Michael confronted the trespasser who had a knife, took photos, and sent us a report. We haven't had any problems for awhile now. We do suspect the trespasser knew our condominium location (we are rather hidden away in a dead end street) through contact with one of our units and we have suspicion on which one. I own several rental properties in the Seattle area, and I had a problem couple that were tenants in one of my properties. I am very disappointed in the lack of results in Michael trying to locate my daughter. He said he would be able to get me an address and phone number for her but has been unable to do so. After lack of response to my email, he has now texted me to let me know he is not working on any cases due to a family situation. So now that I post this review, Michael threatens me with legal action. I guess that's how he gets rid of any negative reviews. You did NOT give me her last known address, I provided that to you. I did NOT propose a "harebrained scheme to trick my daughter." There is NO harassment or stalking and for you to suggest so is ridiculous. She has NOT been in contact with her father at all until recently and that is why I sent you an unanswered email. I hired you in good faith and my review simply states the truth, no results.
