I was there 30 mins early as requested. when I walked over to the spa, they told me they werent able to provide any services due to the power outage once I asked about my 1pm appointment. while it was out of their control, the way the situation was handled was outrageous. they had known the power was out for over an hour and a half and that all appointments were cancelled, without any attempt to let me know before I arrived. to wait until I went to the desk to check in was an absolute waste of time and there was no attempt to make up for the situation whatsoever. just a simple "sorry you made it all the way out here, and I'll cancel the appointment and call to reschedule" had they handled the situation better and provided any sort of notice or attempt to make right on such a last minute cancellation, I would return, but at this point I refuse to come back. the service through the situation was disappointing.
