Living next to a house who has paid for this company's services is a nightmare. Every snowfall after I clear my walkway of snow, sometime by the afternoon this company will shovel their customer's walkway onto my property. It is disrespectful and unacceptable. There were numerous occaisions where I have approached and confronted the snow shovellers to stop dumping snow onto my property. The snow shovellers will apologize but then repeat the same offense the next snowfall. My neighbour does not care about resolving the issue and has told me to take it directly with the company itself, which I have by calling in to report my complaints. The company only knows how to apologize but does not correct the problem as it happens every time they come by to shovel snow. Absolutely awful company that has no regard for the neighbours of the households they shovel for.

Perfection is nice but i dont care if there's one blade of grass left untrimmed. Despite having 4 people come to cut my grass they took a very long time and smoked on my property and left their cigarette butts in my lawn. Chewed up garbage with the mowers and left it there. Can occasionally hear people cussing from inside my house. Can't speak for the irrigation but the landscaping crews are very unprofessional and slow to complete work.

I read the other review and I'm not sure what they meant - we were asked to move any cars near their machine as they are very big and can damage our cars. We just followed their instructions and had no problems! Would highly recommend!!

Terrible project management, rude owners and unqualified employees…read more New build in Burlington - have been doing grading and sodding for over 3 months now and not complete. Have left numerous houses unfinished and just dirt and mud on driveways, causing damage to sidewalks, curbs and homeowner property. In addition, they are very spiteful. I was late for work one morning and they (very rudely) told me to move my second car (because they only had 13 feet of clearance for their 38" wide skid steer) amd told me if I didnt, they would skip my house and I wouldnt get Sod. This was one of the owners! They returned one morning to poorly grade and provide topsoil (no sod soil) minutes before we got 3 days of rain. That was 32 days ago and they have done almost every house in the subdivision and have not returned. Left approximately a yard of topsoil on my driveway, damaged my new driveway and also City property. Zero accountability and zero remorse. I strongly suggest that anyone should scratch them off their list.
