I paid for them both on the 12th. A refrigerator was brought to my house 17th it had a 1 inch dent in it, so I sent it back. UPS has had the microwave all these 10 days and has said 3 times it's the wrong address and it is not the wrong addres. I am paying interest on both and I have neither. I chose Home Depot bc I have had many bad experiences there but I will never buy anything there again (Home Depot) Unless I can walk out of the store with it. Well I guess if something is going to go wrong it's going to wrong when everyone is closed. I googled AC repair for my area and got about a dozen hits. Now let the calling begin. Allen Service Company was the second one I called out of 5. I left a message for all of them. Got a call back but couldn't get to me until Monday evening. It's mid July in central Alabama. It's hot in this house. Well I set an appointment for Monday evening. Gonna have to leave work early. About the time I got off the phone from setting up my appointment it rang again. It's Allen Service Company and the young man is a life saver. He is on call and can be here in 20 minutes. He explained the service call charges and they were very reasonable, actually lower than the guy that can't get here until tomorrow evening. The technician shows up and within 5 minutes has the problem diagnosed. 15 minutes later my AC is up and running again. Figures up all the charges and I happily pay the man. I figured with it being Sunday it was going to be outrageously expensive, but no it was very reasonable. Did an awesome job. Checked everything else and all looked good. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Did I mention it is Sunday, mid July, central Alabama. It's hot. If you need anything done, give these folks a call. Repair, replace, new install. They can do it all.

We were later told that they could not split the order so we canceled the dining room set due to the fact that all the dining room set would not come in together and this would delay the delivery. I even offered to pick up the parts that would come in later, and they said that cannot be done when the living room suit arrived. We were forced into a time that did not work for us, so had to pay someone to be there to except the delivery, we didn't get home that evening and part of the recliner would not recline back in immediately notify the store that evening and it is now seven days later, and no one from the store has reached out to come to a conclusion on getting it repaired I even purchase the extended warranty service plan so this is totally unacceptable. I've been reached out to Badcock corporate to find out that this is a privately owned store not owned by the corporation so they could do a little to help me. They did say that there was a request for the repair to be done, but the repair was noted to the wrong part of the living room set. I will never recommend this particular store again this is the first time I've had issues with Badcock period. We are supposedly set to have a repair done next Thursday, which is two weeks after the original delivery date for a piece that was delivered damaged but yet no one has contacted me to even let me know that this was scheduled and to see if times would work for me.
