The technician had good communication by texting me the day of our appointment to let me know what time he was coming. He was prompt. He also was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had called around to multiple appliance repair companies and no one would even come and look at our two drawer dishwasher. I am happy to report that he was able to fix the problem.
