Now, take the asphalt patch out to the main entrance driveway and fill the 3 foot long, 8 inch deep hole that you drive past everyday for the last 6 months. I appreciate that you employ many local people but very few of them actually help customers or work at your store. As a manager, you're a major failure.

So this repair has taken over a month to get completed. The parts came in and we scheduled an…read moreappointment, which was over 2 weeks away and on the MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, YOU CANCELLED SAID APPOINTMENT, citing staffing or some bs reason. My wife was texting with someone trying to get the appointment rescheduled, was given some options, chose one then was told that the one she chose was no longer available! She then texted another option we would accept (2 more weeks out) and was not responded to, poor customer service. A day or so later, i got online and was quickly able to get an appointment for about a week and a half away, all the while we had an ice maker that would work sometimes but mostly was not working. This isnt Brandons fault as this is a company issue, i believe the work he did was excellent but i wrote this with hopes of getting Sears attention as to your poor communication and scheduling.

Update, the part that we were told was bad was actually good. So we had to go through our own…read moretroubleshooting and purchasing parts from a local store. The service tech that came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I probably could've saved $100 if I could have talked to him on the phone for five minutes instead of wasting his time coming out here to just look at it. Nothing against him at all again very knowledgeable telling us preventative measures and everything. But just think it probably could've been solved with a phone call with some of the calls I had gotten from Sears over the last few days.
