I must say that I have had the most horrible service dealing with Sears also. Not only did they not show up for several appointments and did not call, once they did come they did not send the proper paperwork to the home warranty company to cover the claim. Honestly, I don't see how they are still in operation. It was an awful experience. Calls to customer service yielded no results at all. Customer service staff was friendly and seemed helpful but nothing ever got done. Finally, home warranty company authorized someone else to come do the job. read more

John was on time as a matter of fact he came earlier than the schedule appointment. I have an old Kenmore dryer and John is very knowledgeable and only took him minutes to diagnose the problem. He advised me that my best bet would be to invest in a new one. I was only out of $99.00 and now I know what to do. read more

Technician Mr Ben is the greatest. He was on time . Hes very professional, prompt, courteous and respectful. He does great work. He fixed the problems I had with the mower. We are very pleased with him and request him if we have issues. read more

This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. I initially called and scheduled an appointment to have my refrigerator repaired. I received the 8am-5pm service window so I ensured my day was able to accommodate. They sent a dishwasher repair man. He promptly rescheduled for the next day with a Refrigerator tech. Again an 8am-5pm appointment window. Repairman shows up at 4:30. He completes the repair and leaves. When I go to access my freezer drawer he had installed it improperly and now I could not access my frozen foods. I promptly called the service line and they informed me that it would be at least one week before they could send another technician to fix their mistake. I am now worse off than my original complaint because I can't access the freezer drawer. After speaking with the service line and being escalated to the supervisor o was informed that the earliest they could be there was three days and there would be no compensation. I worked with phone support and twitter support with no help in resolving the issue sooner. Another day wasted waiting on Sears. Now I begin to plan for two more days of no freezer. The. Out of the blue they call and alert me that a repair man would be to my house in 30 min. Except that I was at work and could not get home to let him in. No prior warning nothing!! I guess they wanted me to waste a whole fourth day away from work and wait for them patiently. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had!! I would recommend that you not use Sears home service ever and that you avoid sears and Kenmore appliances die to their poor construction and need for horrible service routinely. read more

Changed me over 400 to not fix dishwasher. Plumber told me how to fix it in 5 minuted. He also damaged a replaced part to make it look like drain pump was out to justify replacing it. It works now and all I had to do was clear drain hose. Won't ever use sears again. read more
