I must say that I have had the most horrible service dealing with Sears also. Not only did they not…read moreshow up for several appointments and did not call, once they did come they did not send the proper paperwork to the home warranty company to cover the claim. Honestly, I don't see how they are still in operation. It was an awful experience. Calls to customer service yielded no results at all. Customer service staff was friendly and seemed helpful but nothing ever got done. Finally, home warranty company authorized someone else to come do the job.

They first stated they did not get my warranty work, it Bryan from whirlpool fixed that. This company then after 2 weeks at up another diagnostic study which oroved what my tech had said the compressor was bad. The next Monday they set a schedule to replace my compressor on Thursday, but the Wednesday before they canceled my appointment and said their tech was sick. So, 3 weeks after my refridgerator broke this company broke their scheduled appointment with me. I called whirlpool and let them know and I was assigned to DEPENDABLE APPLIANCE and today my refrigerator was so if u have a choice I BEF U to go anywhere but NORTH EAST APPLIANCE. THEY DO NOT SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL!!! They are a complete shame of a company!!!!

With store fronts in West Monroe and Ruston, please give them a chance to save you money... And always try to support your locally owned businesses!!
