I must say that I have had the most horrible service dealing with Sears also. Honestly, I don't see how they are still in operation. It was an awful experience. Calls to customer service yielded no results at all. Customer service staff was friendly and seemed helpful but nothing ever got done. Finally, home warranty company authorized someone else to come do the job.
