Artificial intelligence was Not programmed to understand simple requests. IE: stop asking the same questions..that I already answered. Did Not Appreciate waking me at 7:00 in the morning just to inform me that the Human technician would arrive between 8 am and 5pm Again...I was already interrupted too many times to count, only to repeat what I already knew!! I do give Matthew a 5+! He arrived early. Was very courteous, even put on booties when I told him I'd just mopped. He was thorough in explanation of details about the programming of the washing machine. Sears should not only keep Matthew, but give him a raise!! read more

after 4 visits and 4 cancelations by sears was told it was fixed. ran one load and when ran second load stopped at spin and would not continue. controls not responsive. same problem as when started original complaint. after 3 1/2 weeks still without functional washer. attempted to call but only AI available. no t able to contact a human to explain problem. AI had no successful responses. now still no functional washer and out $100. also spent 40 dollars visiting washateria. attemptd to reschedule but AI not responsive. been with Sears 40 years but am reevaluaiton. had to b=spend $4000 on new refrigerator few years past when would be 5 weeks before tech could come to house to evaluate. lost $1000 in food no compensation still no funcitonal washer. read more

I have taken my time to respond, it's hard to come up with the words to describe their service. First, their AI is extremely stupid and unhelpful. They sent 3 different people out to diagnose and fix my dishwasher. I finally called a local company and they fixed it. One board was bad and they didn't even find that problem. After 3 tries, they called and said that there was nothing else they could do. They are way overpriced and all they can do is swap parts until it works. I wouldn't let the work on a toaster. My advice is to stay away and call a local repair shop. read more

Sears never installed any of the parts ordered. They just kept openning the dryer and closing it up without fixing it. I see they charge for the parts but the parts are still sitting on my counter because they never installed anything. I had to cantact Electrolux and complain so they are sending another service company because sear's service has not fixed the problem in 6 months read more

The technician, Sonny, was great. The only issue I had was that Sonny scheduled a follow up appointment for Wednesday, because he had to order some parts but he was sent to another town on Wednesday and no one informed me. I had to reschedule the a follow-up appointment for Friday in order to have the job completed. read more

Never use this company. My experience with them was fraudulent. Their service technician charged for installing parts on my dryer that were later found in the laundry room still in their plastic sealed containers. It is impossible to reach a human being to discuss. AI driven. Within an hour of their repair, the dryer self destructed. Run, don't walk, from these guys. read more

Serious technician has been to my home 5 times in the past 2 months to repair my L.G , refrigerator. One of their technicians said they have been in my house and I haven't been home.They posted pictures , and neither one of the houses was mine. They scheduled my repair quickly. I appreciated the tracking feature. The repair man was explained things well. My only negative is that the appointment notification said I had a gad dryer when I had listed it as electric on my claim. Also, there was some confusion on the payment. I paid when I filed the claim and had to pay again when the repairman was here even though on my credit card statement the charge was already there. That's definitely a billing issue. read more

DeJuan worked very hard to get the Dishwasher repaired correctly. He was here many times and took it upon himself to contact us after a service call to be sure the work was satisfactory and the DW was no longer leaking. When the DW continued to leak he returned to re-install the gasket and finally ordered a new gasket which he then installed. He is friendly, polite, and respectful and a conscientious worker. read more

Wasted 2 days trying to get someone to come out. They input wrong location for the first appointment. Spent an hour trying to get someone to talk to and correct it. Was told they had to cancel original appointment and reschedule for next day. The next day got a text that my appointment was cancelled and to select another day to reschedule. The chat feature is useless unless your problem is on the preselected menu. The automated phone service is terrible and constantly sends you in a loop only to hang up on your and you have to start all over again. read more

Although the price to replace a fuse in the dryer was extremely high, the technician couldn't have been any nicer and understanding and told us about the service plan. We're on a fixed income so an extra monthly expense isn't in our budget unfortunately. read more

Denny was awesome..because he actually showed up and did his job. What wasn't good was the fact that I've had the parts for 2 weeks now and 3 different days I was scheduled for appointments and missed alot of work because your scheduling system sucks. 3 days of being told someone was coming and no one ever came and numerous calls (over 15 calls if not more) for nothing to be fixed(like changing the status of parts order to customer has recieved the parts). If I could give ZERO STARS- I would. Service scheduled nearly one week out. They want the ENTIRE DAY left open for the tech to show up "whenever". Guess what?! Day of appointment/ NO call, NO TEXT, NO SHOW. Now they want us to book 5 MORE days out, when SEARS missed the appointment THEY Made! Here's a good one.... The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because it took 4 trips to fixed the problem. The first trip was to determine the cause and order the parts. The subsequent trips was because the not all of them were ordered. Once they arrived the service was quickly and professionally done. They don't show up on time, the online info is not connected with technicians in the field, they try to get you to sign up for a costly warranty, and when you have a complaint there's no place to send it. I am as angry as I have ever been for the incompetence of this company. After a charge of $353, rescheduled appointments, miscommunication, part delivered to wrong address, and two technician visits, my refrigerator did THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN--froze everything in it and no compensation for spoiled food or anything else. read more

My 6 month old LG refrigerator stopped working. I lost all my food. Sears appliances repair sent me to LG appliance repair because they refused to come out for two weeks. LG appliance repair sent a work order to a repair service who took three days to contact me. Three days of stress, anxiety and living out of ice cooler with what I could salvage. Those people took 3 days to contact me and when they finally deigned to call, they stated "they aren't accepting any LG work orders." WHERE the HELL does THAT LEAVE ME? with an expensive hunk of junk in my kitchen and living out of ice coolers! That's where! Don't trust any LG products! read more

The Tech did a great job, but sears sent him out with the wrong paper work so now he has to return. Sears sold me a refrigerator that was discontinued and you can't get parts for it I have been trying to get this fixed for almost a year just found out a month ago that i can't even get the air filter replacement for it. This refrigerator should have never been sold I have not been able to use the water and now another part has gone out and I can't use the Ice Maker. The tech did what he could the oven was not cooking food correctly to Temps he lowered by 5 degrees this concerns me that my food will not cook I'm unhappy that he could not explain why my oven did not cook meals right when asked my pork took 3 checks before up to temp and carrots and greenbeens were raw. read more
