El técnico que enviaron fue el que no fue asertivo la penúltima vez hace semanas atrás. Dijo q esas piezas estaban buenas y no arreglaria el problema hasta que no cambien la puerta del freezer. Técnicos tienen diferenres opiniones. No vuelvan a enviarme el técnico de hoy 8 de dic. , por favor. La nevera necesita arreglos asertivos y no un técnico que sin verificarla bien entiende que es la puerta. No confio en sus evaluaciones. I needed a repair and replaced several different parts for our dishwasher. Eduardo was great and super helpful. The only thing negative I would have to say is the time involved to receive all of the parts ordered. Of course, that was not his fault but there should be a way to get GE to send parts more quickly. The the technician worked the problem with the board of the GE refrigerator not responding in a very professional matter. After installing the new board it was not responding properly. The technician did some research and call fellow technicians and at the end found a solution to the problem with the board. He was patient and very professional. read more
