I had a Kubota tractor seat reupholstered here. When I got it home I saw that there were openings on either side in the back where water could definitely get in. Also, there was black duct tape applied haphazardly over the openings that looked very unprofessional and useless. A wire was used to hold the vinyl to the steel seat frame. The wire was terminated with a screw attached to the back of the frame that was very tacky. When I called to complain, Mr. Seang said that was the best he could do and that he only charged me $90.00. I didn't think that was a discount price. Long story short, I am very dissatisfied. Please get a clear idea of what your expectations are before you have work done here. He is very accommodating and got the job done quickly but I would have waited a bit to get a better job. read more

Have an older work truck that still runs great except the drivers seat has no more cushion left. Spent a good deal of time trying to find someone local who could repair the seat. Seems not many people do vehicle upholstery around here except in Springfield. A local body shop recommended that I stop by Seangs for my repair. Stopped by the next day and they told me to drop it off the following day and would have it done by lunch. Super happy with how quickly they repaired the truck. Anyone looking for either brand new upholstery work or like me looking for repair work I highly recommend them. After chatting with Seang found out he is from Vietnam originally. Stay away from Mr Seang's business. He denied the very poor job in replacing our daughter's headliner and the back window leaked in the rain because of improper installation. We tried to converse 2x w/Mr Seang and he denied it was his work and actually laughed and said he would see us in court. He was rude and unprofessional. read more

Terrible workmanship! Caused so much damage to my classic car. Drilled right through my roof and tried to cover it up, also broke my interior trim in several places and again didn't say anything about it. Stitching was extremely crooked and painted the vinyl with the wrong color paint even though he was supposed to replace that piece. Go somewhere else if you value your vehicle! read more
