Why I love them: We were renters for about 10 years and would meticulously clean our place each time we moved. No matter what we were always hit with a super high cleaning fee. Most property management companies put it in the fine print that this cleaning fee will be taken out of your security deposit regardless of the condition of your place. This was the first time we vacated a property and were charged a lite cleaning fee of $150 - this is how it should be done!! We didn't feel taken advantage of at all. Additionally, we broke our lease early and they were able to find someone else to take it over within 2 months... during Covid lockdowns. Pretty impressive considering the environment.
