That tells you everything you need to know. The whole experience screamed neglect, dishonesty, and zero professionalism. I wouldn't recommend Hindshaw Properties to anyone.

The location is great, with grocery stores, parks, and the ARC. It is within biking distance to downtown and the University and not too far from the trail access at College Park and Stadium. On the flip side, when I was moving out they wasted no time in coming out to put a lock box on my door (funny how they were able to get that done so quickly!). This company is greedy and does not care about their tenants in any fashion. I would avoid renting from this group at all costs.
