While I'm very glad other had a good experience I was really disappointed with the way I was treated. I went here on the coroner recommendations after discovering my father's death. When we arrived 2 days later and was told the amount. I was a little disoriented and ask if we would be able to have time to raise the money. I was 21 and didn't have $2,000 to just spend all at once. The women looked me in the eyes and said "we have had your father here for a week. If you can't afford this we need to make other arrangements". First, I was the one to find my father dead two days ago there is no way you've had him for a week. Second, I was asking for time to raise money from family and friends and possibly take out a loan not saying I couldn't pay. If I couldn't pay I would agree but at the time family members were already reaching out to help pay for it and again I could get a loan. My father died unexpectedly so I was in no way prepared to pay funeral arrangements. After some discussion she reluctantly agreed to give us some time but that didn't stop her from calling me everyday. I'm a daughter grieving the death of her father and being called everyday by a women asking about money. I was so thankful that the money was raised quickly (less than a week) without me having to take out a loan simple so I wouldn't have to deal with this woman any more. This situation should have been handled better. You shouldn't lie to someone about how long you've had their family member. Even if it was a mistake you need to watch what you say and have your facts straight because that was still rude and a horrible thing to say to the person who found them. Lastly, under no circumstances should you call a person 1-3 times a day asking about payments while they are grieving. It got to points were I would just hand my fiancé the phone and have him speak on my behalf. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never being going back here. My father would have been livid about the way I was treat and that's all I can think about now when I think about putting him to rest. That's all I have to say.
