I simply asked if I could get something else in place of the pork buns. The manager honored my request and replaced them with the crispy pork tenderloins, which were good. Next, I received my main course: crispy red snapper, fried rice without pork, garlic green beans, and butter potatoes. Those potatoes were the best thing on my plate! I was under the impression that I would receive a whole snapper with the head and tail because there was no picture on the menu showing what the fish looked like, but that was not a big deal. The issue was that the piece of fish I received was extremely dry and hard. It looked like a curled-up piece of whiting and appeared to have been fried without much seasoning. I sampled a small piece and was immediately disappointed. I called the manager, Andrew, over to explain that the fish was dry and hard.
