Pick up and drop off was shady behind someone else's house and neighbors told us that they always gave their address for some reason. They was very unhappy with Mike and his crew too. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

The only delay was waiting for a part to be delivered so it could be installed, but that was completely out of his control. Other than that, the turnaround time was pretty fast. Second visit, he completed all of the repairs with all of the new parts. My engine was back up and running before the second weekend. When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.

Taylor was overseeing the shop that day and was skillfully handling multiple customers by himself at the same time, and despite that he was still very cordial with us and took time to answer our questions. We originally opted for renting the pedal boat, to which Taylor responded by giving us thoughtful guidance that the weather/winds of the day may make it a difficult trip with the boat. He gave us clear instructions on what to try out on the waters to see if it would work for us, and some options to switch out into another boat type if it did not. We lasted about 5 minutes on the pedal boat before realizing it was not going to be a fun experience -- with strong headwinds and current it was a struggle to manage any forward progress that day. Thankfully, we quickly turned around as instructed and Taylor took us back and got our family into some clear-bottom kayaks. He again gave great advice on how to manage with the weather conditions, and also some nice sightseeing tips. We ended up having a blast! My children had a neat and new experience on the Mission Bay waters and got to see some really cool boats up close, with great views of sleeping sea lions in the sun. Taylor was very knowledgeable regarding the weather conditions, and his prices were very fair. We would definitely come back here the next time we vacation in Mission Bay.
