Worst management company I am aware of. This Company has an incredibly poor record for responding to owners. Terrible condominium-wide communications; manager does not post notices required by law (I.e., water shut-offs, elevators out of service, etc., and will not take calls from owners. The manager we have couldn't compose a letter without numerous spelling and grammatical errors if her life depended on it. She literally misspelled the name of our condo association numerous times, and once called us by another entity's name! She was asked to replace very old patio furniture which was deemed dangerous to our residents. It took her TWO years to do so; and this was after two residents got information and prices for her! She eventually got a lesser quality furniture that did not match our other furniture and was not appropriate for our older residents. We asked for patio umbrellas tobe replaced. Those took another four months to get! We are in south FLORIDA, the sunshine state! We NEED umbrellas at the pool! Anyone who was to look at our internal communications would think they were written by an sixth grade student. Not exactly what a new potential buyer wants to see. Further, this manager also accepted a monetary gift from 2 of our Board members who had taken the money for that gift out of owners' funds, without authorization. Totally inappropriate. Thus manager knew ur should have known this was wrong. I believe this was litigated with the FL state department that oversees condominium law. It was ruled in favor of the owners. Seacrest was also contracted to supply certain employees to work at our location. It was months, I believe, before we even had a driver for our bus. As for our financial records, they were a mess for most of the first year. Seacrest is very slow to get anything done. They are not a reputable organization in my opinion. read more

Seacrest Services - Lies n more lies, this is the owner. Ya think he's paid the refund? Nope! - Property Management Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

To put it simply, Seacrest are liars and thieves. For years, I paid the monthly fee for my CVE condo by check on the same day each month. However, Seacrest had not sent me a bill or a folio in 8 months. So, two months before selling my condo, I started emailing Seacrest to request a folio, so I could know what time period I already had paid for. They acknowledged the emails but never answered my question or sent me a folio. Instead of responding, they secretly slapped huge extra charges on my account and estoppel letter. In other words, they charged me extra for their failure to respond to my repeated requests for a bill. I didn't finally receive a folio until my agent drove up I-95 and sat in their lobby to demand it on the date of closing. They knew exactly what they were doing: keep the customer in the dark in order to secretly add extra fees - and then lie about it. That's a criminal business model. read more

My Association in WPB has insisted on using this USELESS Management Company for way too many years. Their Customer Service is non-exsistant. No response to my emails or voice messages and I'm a BOARD MEMBER! Dudes show up to mow and blow and make a mess everywhere. They have no responsible supervision. A guy with a machete shows up and just haphazardly hacks away at our bushes and trees. Accounts Receivable (if you're lucky to get someone) will attempt to "gaslight" you when presented with straightforward questions and concerns because they don't have any answers. It is so frustrating dealing with Seacrest. If it was solely up to me, I would have fired them years ago. read more

They overcharged me over a period of months for roof repair work that I had already paid for in full. No one checked my account prior to just adding the amount to my HOA dues. When I inquired about this, I was informed that I did in fact overpay and was owed a substantial refund. That was early January. I have called and emailed over and over to find out when I would get this refund and no one has returned either my calls or emails. So frustrating as I am an out-of-state owner. read more

Every few months they send me a late payment notice meanwhile my account is paid in full in advance. Your lucky to get a response a month later. Completely horrible service. Not even worth one star! read more

Seacrest Services took over property management for my PGA community about a year ago. We are on our 3rd property manager, customer service is non existent, and people with whom you speak provide rote responses. Its ability to "communicate" with residents is inadequate at best, and dysfunctional most of the time. The transition to the resident portal was the most confusing I had ever experienced. Yes. Stay away. If you have to deal with them, bring your patience. read more

I live in a large 55+ complex. I have been pushing my association to get rid of Seacrest. They have had the contract for ages and just got used to it. My guess is they probably keep it with politics or maybe convenience for the pro-bono association presidents (or whatever other means, I don't know). What I know it is not for decent administrative service, not for reasonable respectful customer support. read more

I don't know how Seacrest Services is still in business. They are incompetent and mismanage money. They are unresponsive in every way. Property Manager couldn't handle a paper route. Lip service only, no real answers. Breach of contract. They are a nightmare. Do not ever get involved with Seacrest Services. read more

Very simply put Seacrest sucks, The neighborhood always looks a mess, the workers leave dirt and grass in front of my front door every time they cut the lawn. they also blow dirt and dust all over my patio furniture and my balcony is unusable because of them . There is absolutely no supervision of the workers whom you can't communicate with because they don't speak English.. even when you call management which I have done many times you get no response. The sprinkler system blows the cruddy swamp water all over the cars in the parking lot, creating stains on the windows and the paint . It's a total clown show. read more

Horrible company that I wouldn't hire to manage a cardboard box, let alone an entire community. They have been our property managers since January and we are already on our second property manager. Put in a ticket that a light bulb is out and it takes them 10 days to replace it. Put in a ticket asking them to replace rotted equipment and they come out and slap paint on or dig holes in the rotted wood. Put in a ticket that the grass hasn't been mowed or the tree branches haven't been picked up in over two weeks and they email you and tell you not to put in a ticket for that. Wait for them to pressure clean or spray for bugs and your hair will go gray while you wait. Watch your money closely because they try to charge you for late fees you have not accrued. They are shady, dishonest and a complete waste of money. Completely useless. Save your money and self-manage. Things might not get done, but they won't get done anyway, so why waste your money. read more

This company has been managing my community for a long time now. My fees keep going up, but the property doesn't look its best. Recently I was sent a very nasty note accusing me of paying my dues late back in July of 2022. I confirmed with my bank that it was paid on time, yet Yennifer sends me a printout saying it is proof it was late, as if ledgers can't be changed. I know the company in engaged in several lawsuits, but this is not the way to raise money. The late fee was removed, as a one time courtesy. Cut me a break! I hope other people aren't falling for this scam. read more

for the last 15 years I have done business with Seacrest, staff come and go regularly, no continuation of steady flow due the interruption and training new people to fill in. Yesterday I sold a condo Quadomain in Hollywood. They do the application with a third party TENANT EVALUATION at a cost of $[00.00 and if you chose the expedited root it cost an extra $45.00 to my astonishment the application was sent to the board this morning for approval, in short it was done in less than 24 hours. Seacrest took over management of my development in 2003. On day one I reported a problem. 9 months, several on line reports and phone calls later, NO ONE EVER FOLLOWED UP with me & the problem still exists. Same thing with regard to termite treatments, I report it multiple times over several months, nothing happens. The receptionist says it'll be reported to the 'supervisor'. The manager and the administrative assistant @ the development are great. The board won't change the security company it hired years ago, which creates a lot of problems. Over the past year, non-residents repeatedly sneak in through security to use the pool, steal packages, etc. What makes things worse is that the owner of the security company doesn't believe the staff and residents that this happens. Seacrest, as a management company, is very disrespectful. Headquarters does NOT respond to phones messages or emails. Highly unprofessional. It's only saving grace are the 3 people who work @ Cityside. They care about our needs. read more

First, I just want to say I just don`t understand all the negative reviews towards SCS overall. My husband and I are new to HOA`s & Management Co`s, but have owned a retail biz for over 35 years, so dealt with every type of personality one can imagine in the food Industry & we are from NY,NJ (shall I say no more) We are also not living there full time, and right now if we make it down there more than 4/5 times a year it will be a lot. But we love the location and we want to eventually love the complex. So here goes.... Mostly everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful. A special shout out to Celina Walker, YOU ROCK!!! Seacrest Services should be thankful to have you by there side. Celina: Coordinator of Administrative Services. She Is just a pleasure to deal with and has gone above & beyond for me more than once. Always gets back promptly, and makes you feel comfortable regardless of what your asking her. In fact everyone that I have spoke to has been more than helpful so far, and I hope I get the names correct, so here goes: Traci Bradshaw: Property Manager at Seacrest but for Sterling Village (again, new to all this so I`m just guessing) Beth Beale: Accounting, Shanece: Lovely woman who answers the phone Now for Sterling Village....... It couldn`t be more devastating to everyone, what happened. Especially to those who finally made it down to there new place 2 days before it all happened. What can we say, another funny story to tell the grand kids. I also can`t imagine the calls Tyra Braxton (office manager) gets, another lovely person & always pleasant when I have called and she answered. So all I ask, Is everyone to be kept in the loop as much as possible with facts. I know I`m holding my tongue now. A crappy thing happened to all the residents a SV. It was way more damage then anyone anticipated with more bureaucracy BS that makes it go on forever, and the only ones that are suffering are US. I am sure both Seacrest & Sterling are doing the best to answer the same question we all have and they are being inundated. So have some compassion for them as well. One last thing, If the last thing I knew that the Property Manager was Tony Piracci, and I am emailing him and calling him, with a question, why not put out a post he know longer works there. I can`t imagine how hard it is right now to keep someone there, but as a owner, i would like to be informed and up to date, as to what is happening. And I do go on the SV website. All & All I get It things are not easy, why make them harder than they have to be..... Hopefully My Husband & I Get To Enjoy The pool One Day Soon, See You All There!!! read more

Terrible management. Third World Service. In the 3 months Seacrest has been in charge of our complex, the entire place has deteriorated. Luckily an independent lawn & garden service was hired. Janitorial service which was biweekly before Seacrest took over is now monthly and there are no supervisors so minimal is done. You can't talk to the manager without an appointment and she doesn't answer her phone or return calls even when urgent. Language barriers prevent residents talking to workers. Our plumbing is old & recently someone poured cinder gravel and twigs down 3rd floor laundry tubs despite several signs in English posted by the building reps. Maintainance wouldn't answer their phone so I went to the office & asked the so-called-maintenance manager to please have an inservice to explain to non-English speaking workers not to pour debris down the sinks but his only take-away was "HOW DO YOU KNOW WE DID IT" which he kept reiterating until I got frustrated. He didn't seem to grasp the concept of preventative measures to avoid problems. It makes you wonder how low Seacrest standards are and what the requirements are for these supervisors with such idiotic rationale for ignoring potential situations. I guess "How Do You Know We DId It" is seacrest managers' catch phrase. Also, it has been reported by board members that the female board members have joined into a clique with the female manager of Seacrest Services. A male board member who disliked some of the shenanigans (like allowing the manager to take extra paid holidays) was asked to resign. THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS FOLKS. Manipulative managers and narcissistic board members "teaming up" against condo owners and other board members with legitimate concerns should be prohibited. They are our employees not the other way around & they should keep that in mind when confronting & challenging residents. I GIVE SEACREST a MINUS FIVE STARS so far. Hope they shape up or ship the h out. read more

The Manager of the Pines in Greenacres and the Board have made some questionable decisions about how I live my life in my community. I have a daughter that I raised in this community. She had to move back in with me as an adult with my grandson who has Autism. After 30 days They started booting her vehicle at $75 dollars a Day. My Daughter could not stay with me but she can't take her son to stay at somewhere else because of his Autism. I asked the Property Manger if there was any way she can help? She looked a her laptop, did some typing, then looked me in the eye and clapped her hands together and said nothing can be done. I said my daughter has to stay somewhere else at night. Your rules are separating a special needs child and the mother. She said again. Nothing can be done. We had a sewer backup in our home. It happened on a Friday night around 8:00 PM. My wife and I were cleaning it up until 3:00 am. It was a complete backup with rats coming out of the toilet. We survived the weekend and had a Plumber come out on Monday. The Plummer stated that my Clean out is connected to my neighbors. He then used what he said to be 45 ft of snake to clear the blockage that caused the sewer backup. He said I should contact my HOA because I was tied into my neighbors and 45 ft takes it off my property. So I called the Property Manager to ask the question" Who is responsible for the common areas" The next board meeting I attended through zoom I saw the agenda and it had my unit listed as one of the topics. The topic for my unit was going to be a vote to have the unit owner pay seacrest services legal fees for asking my property Manager who is responsible for the common areas. The Board voted unanimously for me to pay their attorneys fees. On a question the property manager should know, and they should know. I don't believe they can make me pay their attorneys fees for that. Yeah they did. I had to pay their attorneys fees. They kept charging me late fees so I had no choice but to pay. If I fall behind in fees to to the HOA they can take my home. They also said in that meeting that they could make the attorneys fees go away. All I had to do was give them the report I received from the city of Greenacres. That is extortion when all they had to do was call the city like I did to get the report. As a person who lives in this community I am scared to call them for anything. I did ask for the minutes to this meeting several times and I was giving partial minutes. When I asked for all of the minutes they said had to request that from the board. Why! Minutes are minutes. Here is another violation of my rights within the community. I am now recording all of their meetings. At the end of last months meeting when I requested to speak I was being denied by the property manager. If I did not let them know, that I know my rights according to Florida statute 720. Which is I get to speak for 3 minutes, they would not have let me speak. I still have not received all of my minutes which I have a right to according to Florida statue 720. Instead of giving me all of my minutes, I received notice that this months meeting is the last chance you can get the minutes from 2022 . That also is not true. I can request those minutes for seven years. The meeting was last Tuesday and on the second notice of the Annual Meeting they state that they are going to do a Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes. That means in this meeting they are going to dispose of the minutes that show they extorted me for information. That is illegal unless the minutes are older than 7 years. To protect myself from this I was going to attend the meeting and request the board give me all of the minutes approved and unapproved. There was just one problem. It was a zoom meeting and they decided not to let me in the meeting. My wife and I recorded the screen for the zoom meeting stating that it was waiting for the host to let me in. This is also illegal. They are going to say to me that it was a software problem. I use meetings with zoom at work and they are going to be lying. In meetings at work, I have workplace harassment meetings. I have meetings about being bullied in the work place. My children go to school and bullying and harassment are not accepted there. Bullying and harassment are not acceptable on social media. You can see here that bullying and harassment are tools that seacrest services uses to keep their bottom line. I have the same car now for ten years and the same license plate. I came out to go to my Father's funeral and my car was booted. The service that boots for seacrest services said that their license plate information in the reader was off by one digit. The Property Manager has access to that and can knock of a digit if they so pleased. They Know Who This is MG read more
