Great professional experience. Didn't try to oversell services which, in my experience, happens a lot.

Fabulous experience with an honest dentist even though I had tooth extracted. I have been ripped off and conned at others, but not here!

Wonderful staff, prices, and service. Couldn't ask for more unless they wanted to offer a long-term customer discount.

Despite confirming they were in-network with our insurance ahead of time, we were charged $250 at the visit for an ozone add-on. Now, seven months later, they are attempting to bill us an additional $375 for charges that were never clearly explained at the time of service. Delayed billing of this nature is frustrating and feels unprofessional. If there were remaining balances, those should have been communicated promptly not many months later. Additionally, our experience with both the hygienist and dentist did not meet our expectations in terms of quality of care. Dentist broke HIPPA and rushed through our exams. We weren't able to provide our own imaging so they could do theirs and charge exorbitant fees which is more than any insurance company is willing to pay. We have insurance covered for 4 visits a year, imaging included. We've never paid anything out of pocket before this visit and have since switched and have never paid anything after. Don't fall for the hype like I did. Transparency, timely billing, and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

The office is extremely clean and comfortable, there is space for small children to play, space for adults to relax. Equipment is exceptional and Dr was always professional and helpful. ** Bonus ** While your child is getting their braces for 1-3 years, any siblings are able to come in for regular dental visits at a flat rate of $150. That is helpful :)

Our dental assistant Kylie took great care of us before the procedure. She answered all of mine and my son's goofy questions and made sure he was entertained as well. She even made little jokes and helped him relax if he was getting uneasy while we waited for the Doctor to see us. Our dentist, Dr. Lisa Lapointe, did a great job fixing his tooth and it looks like there was never a chip at all. My son was a little anxious with all the loud noises from all the tools they had to use to repair his tooth but the whole team helped calm him down and make sure he felt safe during the procedure. From Sebastian and myself thank you all for doing such a great job!! We really can't thank you enough !! We will use this dentistry for all of our dental needs big or small.

I explained to the dental hygienist that my daughter has autism ( non verbal) & I didn't think she would allow her to do anything. So she spoke with Dr Doug & put me in a room as he entered I was telling him that my old dentist had retired ' this is what we did & this worked with sedation. Upon hearing this he said it was up to him if he thought she needed it. He never looked in her mouth he told me to go on Amazon & get some flossing sticks. As well as saying he didn't want to traumatize her.Unaware that I had said or done something wrong being a parent of a special needs child you are their voice. So my daughter was signing hurt & signing teeth. I called & took a cancellation appointment & explained the situation of her having a problem with back tooth on left side as well as I wanted him to look @ her tongue as she had surgery after she was born. I wanted him to look at these issues. ( speech therapist is having issues with her G's & a few more)The receptionist said she would have to have a cleaning & I explained again that it wasn't going to work we tried that so I was optimistic & hoping to communicate my concerns to the dentist. So same as last time my daughter was having none of it. Again I was shuffled to the same room. I then explained that I asked for sedation for cleaning & the other issues. He told me they didn't do sedation in this office only the Panama City office. I explained to him she had not had a cleaning in 4 years & he said kids this young isn't getting periodontal disease. I asked them had he waited 4 years to get his teeth cleaned & he sarcastically said yes, I said oh I misunderstood I guess . So before I could ask to be scheduled to that office he cut me off & told me I needed to go see my old dentist. Well I told him he was retired so that wasn't possible. The receptionist asked me if I needed her records to be transferred? This dentist never examined my daughters teeth to know if she needed sedation or the tooth that was bothering her. Maybe he thought I was telling him how to do his job but that wasn't the case at all. I told the receptionist what paperwork they haven't even opened my daughters mouth. I don't know if he's got a ego issue or why he was so rude to us the 2 times we were there. I have filed a formal complaint with AHCA.I will also be.filing with the BBB.( Better Business )Furthermore if he doesn't want to treat special needs children then don't. There is a special needs group I will also posting about the this business as well as my attorney. I have never been treated so rude in my life. His people skills are terrible. He's educated, but has no common sense for talking down to people like me who else has he done this to? I hope & pray for you whatever higher power you believe in to really think before you speak. With age comes wisdom, not everyone unfortunately. So if you need a dentist & have a special needs child he's definitely not recommended. My daughter is having a toothache & my insurance is ppo is this office unless I go to Tallahassee. So I would go anywhere but here. My insurance was notified as well as many others affiliated with the board of dentistry.I think he's so use to telling people what to do I'm not his staff nor will I accept this treatment from a dentist or anyone . You expect more from people in this field we put them at a higher standard. Please find another dentist if you have a special needs child! If you have also had a issue you need to contact me or your insurance company. As well as many other places. Nobody deserves to be treated like I was. Based on my experience, I would avoid this practice. My teenaged daughter received a full set of…read morebraces from Stubbs Orthodontics. Over time, after brace removal and thousands spent, her teeth drifted back close to their original state. Upon a re-visit to Stubbs Orthodontics, we were told she would need another full set of braces at a cost of approximately $7,000. I reached out to Dr. Stubbs via email explaining it to be our contention that my daughter was not given proper instructions as to retainer use upon discharge, hence the drifting of her teeth, and that spending thousands a second time to be unreasonable. After that initial email (as I was instructed to send by her office staff) directed to Dr. Stubbs on December 17, 2025, instead of a response from Dr. Stubbs, I received an email on January 7, 2026, 3 weeks later, from her office manager Emily stating Dr. Stubb's position that my daughter was given proper instructions, it was my daughter's fault, but that "I'd like to work with you on how we can move forward and do the best thing for Michele-how would you like to proceed?" As the causation of the failed treatment was in dispute, but it seemed Dr. Stubbs wanted to work with us on a resolution, I responded to Emily that it would be incumbent upon Dr. Stubbs to suggest as to how we might proceed in my daughter's best interests, and that I looked forward to hearing back from Dr. Stubbs on the matter. I heard nothing back from anyone. I reached back out to Emily requesting a response directly from Dr. Stubbs. Again, I heard nothing, and have heard nothing. I can only assume, at least based on this experience, Dr. Stubbs not only hides behind her office manager in situations she finds uncomfortable, but also stonewalls parents/patients if she does not like a differing position. Having a healthcare background myself as owner/operating of orthopedic sports medicine facilities, I along with the treating licensed therapists dealt directly with patient/parent disputes, no matter how uncomfortable, and in person. Life can be uncomfortable at times, opinions differ, and hiding resolves nothing. Patients/parents not only deserved our attention, but it was integral in offering superior service and care, learning from each situation and building positive relationships. This is also part of being a professional, and an adult. I recognize the reason my daughter's teeth drifted is in dispute after thousands spent, a situation I feel could have been discussed as adults, and remedied, but there is no dispute that the owner/operator and supervising physician of my daughter failed to offer even the courtesy of a response to a patient's parent upon multiple requests, and instead, ignored them. I find this to be weak, and prefer a strong healthcare provider with conviction for my children. I can also only assume Emily's, or Dr. Stubb's offer to work with us was disingenuous from the start. Trust is the most important aspect of any relationship, much less when relating to that of patient/parent and healthcare provider, building credibility. We will be moving on to another provider we find credible and can trust to correct my daughter's teeth.

Hopefully it won't cost them. Another corporation not seeing the big picture. Their corporate policy is masks inside or curbside service. I came in as a first timer without a mask. 2 staff members insisted I wear a mask or I physically leave the building. They brought a mask and I wore it for 2 minutes. They took my dog to the back and I walked outside to take my mask off. Now I'm outside talking with someone on the phone. This company is cutting off their human elements, communication being the main one. I can't see any of the employees beautiful faces and now I have to talk them on my cell phone in front of the store. And then they just texted me my digital invoice that I am paying on my phone from the parking lot. This company is willing to jeopardize their entire patient and customer workflow in the name of wearing a mask. I really feel bad for the employees here who are working hard but still have to stress out with their customers about a stupid mask. Great staff, but unreasonable company policies.
