The bad: as a new person in town-NO ONE TOLD ME I needed an appointment to get my sons hair cut. Every where I lived before was walk in first come first serve. So I sat there for hours on 3 or 4 different Saturdays trying to get a haircut and settling for people that didn't cut as well- while no one says anything to me about the location of the scheduling web site, the process for getting an appointment - anything! In short the customer service is absent! When we finally got the appointment with the video barber- he was just ok. I have had worse and I have seen better- from him. That was 4 years ago and I am still heated.

However, the lady that did my hair did not listen to a single request I made, nor was it even remotely close to what I asked for (reference photo was a picture of MYSELF). I have never left a haircut so unhappy with my appearance, my own mother burst out laughing in my face and my brothers joked about hiding kids from me. Worst $30 I've ever spent, will not be going back here again, I look like a 60 year old band teacher, and I am very upset.

Let's see how things have turned out since the last review. Each moment I arrived, I was always greeted by barbers who were on either busy with other customers or immediately free. Everyone already brought great vibes with them making the experience more welcoming. And it definitely helps when conversations are engaging. My selection has always been an Even Steven, which is an even cut as low as they can without going bald. Cuts are below $25 where I always tip them for great service. Thank you again Esquire for keeping me satisfied. Yours truly will remain a valuable customer. Till next time :)

I made an appointment online a couple days ahead and arrived a few minutes early. Christina spent several minutes asking about how I wanted my hair cut, checked how it was cut last time, looked at a couple pictures I brought, shared exactly what she'd do, and she cut it perfectly. She was friendly, happy, personable, and it was clear she really enjoys working here, and told me that as well, nice to hear. As others said, they only take cash, which was fine and I knew it up front, and they have an ATM on site if you need it. My first experience here was great and I'll definitely go back.
