Over an extended period, missed deadlines, incomplete documentation, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through ended up costing my business thousands of dollars. It also appeared that he spent very limited time in the office, making it difficult to get timely responses or resolve issues when they arose. In my experience, personal matters also seemed to impact the overall performance and responsiveness of the agency. As a business owner, I expect an insurance agent to be proactive, organized, and dependable, especially when handling commercial insurance. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. There are several insurance agencies in the Morgan Hill area. If you're looking for a professional partner who communicates well and stays on top of important deadlines, I would recommend exploring your options carefully.
