Barely a two star establishment. I really wanted to like this place, but:
The top load machines have a very small capacity and are overpriced at $2. In fact, all machines are at least slightly more expensive than is the norm.
Fully half of the larger, "modern" dryers in the back don't provide any heat at all. Your clothes will emerge stone cold.
Don't expect that all machines with issues will display a sign or note. You are expected to share observations and experiences with other patrons to avoid such laundering pitfalls. If you fail at this Poke-Wash Go quest, the attendant will likely accuse you of loading too many clothes, using too much soap, or pushing the wrong button ("I'm sorry ma'am, but you must have pushed the 'Gelato' button instead of 'Permanent Press'").
Don't ask for a refund. Doesn't matter if you suffer a total wardrobe loss or mere disappointment, they don't do refunds. Instead, you'll likely get a very snarky, passive-aggressive comment along the lines of "We'll! I'm SO SORRY you're having a bad day!"
The sofa, chairs, and carpet are greasy and filthy and reek of wet hound dog. Yes, that hound dog, the one that the owner brings to work with her and trots out several times a day to do tricks for the patrons. Ugh. read more
