I'm still looking for shoes that fit my feet but just wanted to say that this location has been SO nice to me in my search. Emma helped me today for a long time and she was especially so awesome and helpful and gave me some really good options to try so I have hope. Thank you!

We won't be back.

Very impressed with BMB! So impressed that I'm leaving my first review!…read more As a last minute Christmas gift, I wanted hats embroidered for my SO's parents. I came to BMB 4 days before Christmas and the hats were done by mid-day the next day with no rush fee. They do very high quality work and have a great selection of hats to choose from. Affordable, as well! The lady I worked with was so helpful with designing the hats and made sure I was happy before I left. So happy, in fact, I ended up getting 5 hats because I knew the whole family would want one. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them!

I prefer to wear a uniform shirt to work everyday. Since I work at a "non-uniform" elementary…read moreschool, I usually have to get my own made. For next year, I wanted all new shirts with my own unique logo. I searched the internet and found several companies that could do the job. I was surprised to see BMB Stitch Factory come up in my search. I was even more surprised to learn that they were located about two miles from my home. Instead of ordering on-line, I dropped into their storefront to meet with them and see their shirt selections in person. The lady I worked with there was awesome. She helped me find the shirts that would give me the best comfort and service as workshirts. Then, she even stitched two samples of my logo on black fabric so I could actually pick bettween stitiching styles and see what my shirts would look like before ordering. I liked the sample and ordered ten shirts on Monday, June 28th. They were ready to be picked up four days later, but I didn't get there until today. The shirts look fantastic. The price was fantastic. I will use BMB for all my future custom embroidery needs now because they are affordable, they do an excellent job, I can see and touch the merchandise for quality before selecting it, and the finished products are ready really fast. I plan to get some hats with the same logo for when I go out on duty. Maybe I'll get a jacket made for cold days. Who knows? When you need something embroidered, please drop by BMB and let them show you what they can do. If you do, tell them Jim Baker sent you. I don't get a kickback, but I want them to know that I am speaking highly of them.

PermaChef is absolutely amazing!…read more This business specializes in high-quality uniforms for hotels, restaurants, and schools. They offer a wide variety of options to customize through embroidery, direct-to-film printing, screen printing, sublimation, or fully custom designs. I recently visited them because my kid needed new polos for his school. I messaged the owner ahead of time letting her know how many polos I needed and she was able to have everything ready in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any kind of uniform need. Elmo is an absolute treasure! I made a call to the store and asked about a Co2 tank for a T-shirt…read morecannon. I needed it ASAP. Elmo was so kind and polite when he checked to see if his store had any on the shelf. While on a brief hold he came back on the line to let me know it would be just a little bit longer so that he could make sure there was someone in store with experience in filling the tanks. I really appreciated that update. It made me feel like a valued customer. When I arrived in store 20 minutes later I encountered Elmo on his hands and knees pounding out a baseball glove straight from the steamer on a cushion placed on the floor with a wooden mallet! Elmo is incredible. It's obvious that he loves his job! I introduced myself and away we went to get the Co2 tanks! He directed me to pay for them up front and in the meantime he'd find someone to fill them for me. After paying, I returned to where I'd left him and sure to his word Elmo and Josh, the store manager was waiting for me to return with my receipt. I can't thank Elmo enough. The T-shirt cannon worked like a charm! Please let him know what a fantastic job he is doing! I told him he was awesome and he just gave me a little chuckle. I will be back to Dick's to refill my tanks and I hope to run into Elmo the next time I'm there! Thank you Elmo!

There were some issues with my bike and I never had issues or surprises when I went in for help getting it fixed. They've never pressured me into buying something that I didn't want or need and the prices that they've charged have all been very reasonable. At one point there is a warranty issue and it was fixed with no problems and resolved quickly so I can get back on the road again. So I fell in love with cycling and now have upgraded my bike. I could've chosen any brand that is out there. I looked into various bikes and models and in talking to them, they even encouraged me to look at different bikes because they would rather me be happy and enjoy riding than being stuck with an expensive bike that I was not happy with. Never any pressure to stick with and buy a Trek. So now that I am upgrading, I chose to stay with the Trek brand because not only is the bike the most comfortable for me, but knowing that I have a bike shop within a mile and a half from my home that I trust and I know will treat me well Is what makes the difference. JAMES and Mike have always been so helpful and the entire staff is very professional. I will always be a loyal customer of the Trek San Antonio West store.
