My charge card was billed for the vacuum. But vaccuum wasn't working. I ask the person working there. (Bad Attitude).He said you can file a complaint. This place was dirty and trash everywhere. Will never go here again. read more

The guys are cool and passive depending who's on. The Vacuums don't have the best suction but are free and if it's not packed you should get to a decent one that does the job. But most of them really don't work well. I used to always go right before 10:30am if it got any later I'd pass up because it'll start looking like Walmart's parking lot on black Friday. I used to use it because it was On my way to work and quick but as the day passes it gets pathetic how packed it gets people bouncing off the roof for a crappy vacuum and take their sweet caramel time to slowly walk their wrappers to the garbage to come back for more with little care of people waiting to vacuum too. The waiting, the rush, the ambient and crappy vacuums overweighs them being "Free" so I picked up a wet/dry Milwaukee Vacuum and can now vacuum wherever, whenever , for however long I want. I urge everyone to do this and guarantee you'll be happy with the extra detail you can give your car when you have all the time needed. Setting that aside the business doesn't reach the standards for it's sole purpose which is "carwash" services. I went one weekend and got the most expensive service and got home to wipe down the bumpers and other wet spots to find the complete rear of my car dry and dirty -_- I payed for a wash and roughly 1/3 of my car didn't see one ounce of water or even a bubble of cheap soap! How? I don't know! It's inexplicable to me as it was pulled technically through a tunnel of water and soap and so much of my car didn't see any of it. Before all of this I went one day to get a quick cheaper wash as I was in a Rush and there was an older guy, a bit tall and build, looked just like Fred Ward off the movie "Tremors, Road Trip" he seems to be the owner. my cars wipers are always set two clicks on auto so if it's dry they can be on for weeks and wont go off unless my windshield gets wet. This was the case as an employee was hosing the front. The wipers went off and I quickly turned it back to off while this older gentlemen was next to the car where the guys cash out. This catches his eye and activated a shockwave of shouting and rudeness as he screamed at me although 3 feet away with my window half down "heeey turn them wipahs oooff if they break weaar not respawnsaabool!" And proceeded to repeat the not responsible line many times. With that in mind I always avoided the place afterwards but saw myself in a rush and went for the recent carwash hence my full price for 2/3 of a wash dilemma. But that seals it. I'll be taking my money somewhere where the owner/manager actually acknowledges the place is running because of us and won't hit a customer with a Canary Cry for any reason. read more

Asked to speak with the manager about ongoing issue with vacuum (Enrique) and he legit raised his voice and stepped towards me as if he wanted to fight (I am a 25 yr old woman for reference ) I was horrified and disturbed. After speaking with the regional manager it is unclear how the issue will be addressed other than that he "has some work to do" and I got zero follow up beside refunding $20/$50 I spent that month.... Not worth being berated by a man. I will be going else where. read more

This place sucks the employees are unprofessional and rude On top of that they don't do a good job washing the car It's the ghetto place to go get your car washed. There is all kinds of the loud music and profanity, profanities from the customers and the workers. read more

Their vacuums are a bit shabby but good enough to clean the car with,did also forget to mention that they're free,the best part of it all. That freedom of use comes at a price,whilst vacuuming my car someone literally stole not two or a set but a single floor mat. She obviously did this while I wasn't looking,otherwise I would've said something to the like of what are you doing madam. In the end of being baffled by what happened I brought it up to employee 1583 from shift 1,and was met with a shrug of the shoulders and no resolution. That's where the services gets at its best,they simply didn't care. With that I say returning here to get my car wash will be seldom at most as a result of their poor customer service. When,that is if, I do return to make use up their vacuums,I will leave my mats in the trunk locked up,away from wondering old thieves. read more

Okay - so first of all, I totally agree with the other poster that the customer service at this location is fantastic. In fact, it was due to her enthusiastic post that I decided to try out this Scrubadub. The staff was indeed really friendly and helpful... So why the not-so-great review?? Well, first of all, I guess I must have had beginner's bad luck when it came to picking a vacuum. I mean, it was only fifty cents, not breaking the bank, but I was still bummed that after 8 minutes of vacuuming, the car wasn't as clean as I'd have hoped on the interior... THEN I decided to get a car wash. And I went all out - I got the most expensive car wash that they offer. (Again, the guy working the car wash was *totally* friendly.) After I left the car wash, I drove down the street to Auto Zone to get some wipes for the inside of my car. When I got out, I inspected the wash, and I was really bummed to find that I could easily wipe a layer of dirt off my car. (NOTE TO READER: I am not someone who goes off-roading in their vehicle or anything - my car gets normal city wear and tear and seasonal winter stuff...) So here's the thing: if you want to go somewhere that the folks are all pleasant, by all means - hit them up. But if you're going there to get your car washed, I might reconsider... read more

Great place. My only problem is the wash is too quick for the price. I paid $23.50, my car didn't look fully washed. The wheels still had dirt on them. The wash time needs to be a little slower, I didn't pay for an express wash. Also on the weekends the opening time should be different, the line is always long. read more

STAY AWAY! Do yourself a great favor, DO NOT patronize this place and you will save yourself the frustration. They are taking money and not providing acceptable, posted services. They tell you after you have paid and are moving on the automated belt, that they only power wash the front and back of the car (2-3 second manual spray, if that) and they forget the back if the cue waiting for service is long. You have to argue with them about their forgetting the rear. The run thru the wash cycle last about 1.5 minutes. It is without a doubt THE shortest wash cycle ever. You pay $18.50 for "The Works" which is supposed to include 4-5 services, and other than soap suds, you DO NOT GET the works. This is a true RIP-OFF. They get 1 star for having water and soap. Look elsewhere for good, honest, reputable car wash services. read more

I always get my car washed here, idk why but i really love it LOL. vacuum is .25 for four minutes and its really good suction. i have to admit u have to which vacuum to use b/c they're not all gr8 BUT it gets the job done. The wash is good as well. My car gets washed well no matter which option i choose. regular wash is $8 and a wash that waxes the car & wheels (the one i get) is only $14. The people that work are really accommodating as well (it could be b/c im a female or b/c they're really just that nice LOL) read more

I think Scrub A Dub underestimated the amount of Lyft/Uber drivers in the area who are constantly in line getting their cars washed. Sorry but I don't have time to wait 20 minutes to use my prepaid car wash while dodging patrons of the free vacuums zig zagging around the parking lot the wrong way. Fortunately I live halfway between the Brookline location and this one, otherwise I'd cancel my membership... read more

So I've been going to this car wash for years and never had a problem with the way the car wash washes my car. Its quick, and does the job. But the growing problem there is the customer service. Its borderline horrendous. The agents yell at you, are very rude, give weird looks if you just want a quick $8.00 wash... Its very uncomfortable and unexpected at a place of business regardless if its a car wash. If you can bypass the rude agents then the car wash isn't bad. But I just don't to be uncomfortable anymore washing my car. read more
