They are small and maybe a little hard to find at first, but Tanya (hope i spelled that correctly) guided me in. I will be honest, I was expecting a much larger facility and was a bit hesitant when I parked. I am very happy to say that my hesitation was completely unfounded. They did an AMAZING job. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the job they did on the inside of my vehicle. "Looks like the day you got it" was said to me. I disagree...it looks BETTER than the day I took delivery of it, and it was brand new off the showroom floor. I extend my gratitude and my praise to all those that worked on my vehicle and for having it ready more than 30 minutes ahead of the promised time. I could go on and on but in a nutshell...GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I can't wait until the next time. I am going to try and have the complete package.

I clean it, wash it, change the oil, change the brakes, - yeah, you get the point. Well, there is only so clean you can get a car (especially considering the weather) yourself without the assistanced of a professional. I chose this place because it is closest to my parents house and I had heard that this kind of service is a 'whole day' type of thing. I dropped off my car in the hairiest (thanks to my wonderful dog), dirtiest, just plain most disgusting condition that my car has ever been in. and for $99 I got it back looking brand spankin new on both the in and out side. It even smelled particaularly amazing : ) I'm completely happy and will definitely go there again.

We negotiated with the insurance company to retain possession of the car, since it was irreplaceable (to us). We took the car to Curt and his team at Premium Truck & Autobody Repair following a recommendation from our friend & financial advisor. My wife and I are somewhat "particular" when it comes to our cars, but Curt and his team exceeded our expectations with beautiful, matching paint-work on the new BMW OEM Hood, Door, Fender, and Rocker Panel Cover and BMW factory-level panel gaps all around. Some minor fill-work was required on the rear quarter-panel, but the quality of work is so high, there is no evidence the car was ever damaged! Premium provided show-car results at a very fair price. It's almost impossible to find this level of customer service and paintwork expertise in this day and age. Because of that, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!

When I spoke to the employees on multiple different occasions I asked to speak to the owner about any possible solutions since my truck had been there the longest out of anything the employees had seen. He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.
