I called to request a quote on replacing an iPhone battery for a relative. No answer, but the greeting suggested sending a text for a quicker response. Sent that text and days later had received no reply. Called again and got voicemail once more. Left a message there, and.....nada. The website is up, the phone apparently works, but otherwise no sign the this fellow is even open. Can't very well recommend this, as with no response, it makes me wonder how long it would take to get a gadget back if you ever did manage to hand one off to him. read more
