I've actually used their other company called Sanders & Messick Wedding Photography (which has been great) so when my wife and I needed photos of our vacation rental condo we contacted them to see if they do anything besides weddings. Turns out they do via this company so we were thrilled. We are extremely happy with the results and we've gotten a ton of rentals partly due to our great photos showing off our condo. Actually our condo is in Hawaii so all we really hoped for was a referral to a company over there. The cool thing is Amanda (the owner) was travelling to Hawaii in a month and offered to take pictures herself while she was there. So while on her vacation that's what she did. We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs, and provide both photography and videography services. Prices range from $50 to $300.

Established in 2012.

Open House Photography had a single photographer with a background in Real Estate Photography. Since opening, we have worked closely with property managers and Real Estate agents in the Puget Sound / South King County to provide photos and videos for property listings.
