We visited Scrap Iron Barbecue because of a Facebook tip. It was easy to locate, the personnel were friendly, and the order process was simple. I had a two meat plate consisting of ribs and brisket, accompanied by cole slaw, and potato salad. The barbecue was satisfyingly tender, and moist with a good 'que'" flavor. The sauce was balanced between acidic and sweet. My wife also had a two meat plate of smoked sausage and ribs, with baked beans and potato salad.
