We asked for a total shave down/summer cut, and she looked wonderful after!! No spots were missed and she came out very happy. The groomer checked her in and was there for pick up. It took the typical 4 hours. I usually go to Petco or Petsmart because of cost, but when we moved to TX I wanted to try somewhere else. The cost was the same but the groomer took her time to get the knots out between her toes and shave her legs evenly...which wasn't the case at Petco/Petsmart. Also her super hairy doodle ears were plucked all the way. Plus! They got her in sooner. Usually for the bigger retail places it's a week or more out. For large dogs they do not express anal glands, just fyi. Wasn't a deal breaker for me. All the dogs coming in for daycare were super cute and excited! It makes we want to try it out. :)

Pictures attached. My dog is a golden retriever. They shaved her undercoat and now her coat might be permanently ruined. I dont know how this could happen or who is running their grooming side. Im beyond pissed, she is a 5000$ pup from a line of grand champions and she looks like a labrador retriever now. She was supposed to get a bath and a trim around her sanitary area after i kenneled her, and they shaved her whole body. If this is the kind of attention they pay with electric sheers around your dog, then imagine what they do everywhere else.

They had set aside a kennel for him, and we only had his crate, so we zipped over to buy a bed for him. Every day, the staff sent Pulitzer Prize-quality photos of our dog playing like crazy. We could tell that he was having a blast! What I especially liked was that he was still excited to see us when we came to pick him up. It told me that this place is super fun, but it's not a place that he confuses with home. I also liked that he had zero injuries, abrasions, no physical sign from all that play. Really excellent place.

From the first stay, I could tell they actually understand dogs, not just watch them. He came back relaxed, clean, and acting like himself, which says everything. I trust them with my dog, and that's not something I say lightly.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years first my late dog, and now my current miniature schnauzer. If you look back at my previous review photos, you'll see the PERFECT schnauzer cut they used to do. Consistent. Professional. Distinguished little gentleman energy. Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such poor customer service. Originally it was going to take over 2…read moremonths to get my dog a grooming appointment, but apparently the owner hired a new groomer and got us scheduled right away. Nothing wrong with that, however, the "new" groomer shaved way to close to my dog's skin within her sanitary region. A bad razor burn with swelling and oozing resulted a day later. I took her to the vet, and the doctor said the close shave caused irritation which resulted in an infection. When I confronted the owner, she denied any responsibility for the infection that resulted from the razor burn and wouldn't reimburse us anything because apparently they were not "liable." This is an absolute degradation to their services and an extreme disappointment. We have enjoyed taking our dog there in the past, but I'm not about to let something like this happen again just to have to take my dog to the vet again. The grooming fee is already expensive enough without the addition of an unexpected vet bill. The owner showed little sympathy and didn't seem to care about our dog's well being at all. I would expect a good groomer to take the health and well being of the animals of the upmost importance, but money and pride seemed to have gotten in the way. I guess its too hard to take care of your customers and take responsibility for an issue that one of your staff members caused. I expect better treatment from a "Professional" grooming service.
