Very impressed with Envita!…read more After not feeling well for a few months I finally decided to get checked out and find out what the issue was. After going to other general practitioners, when all they seemed to do was immediately prescribe statin drugs, I was not getting better or getting answers. I did not want to take more medications. I finally gave Envita a try. I met with Dr Coffin. He looked over my blood results, and talked to me, and asked different questions to see what the root cause was. He was not in a hurry to get in and out. He recommended the treatment that I needed and I have been feeling great. He explained the difference options and what could be the cause. I got answers and got feeling great again. The staff at Evita was excellent from the front desk check in to the doctor I spoke with.

The people were super nice but don't trust your floor doctor. She told me a had a brain bleed after a fall I took because of a drug that was prescribed by the doctor there that made me dizzy; She sent me to the ER by ambulance. After several tests and scans they said I was fine and sent me home. Now on top of the 80k I spent I'm now getting bills from the hospital. I've been home 3 months and still don't feel better. Oh but the nurses did say it would take 6 months to start feeling the effects of treatment. I think it is a lot of baloney. I read reviews where people say they got better but I'm still waiting and hoping. I say be very cautious before going to Envita.

It was also very easy to contact him via the honorhealth website when I needed to change the location for my MRI. I arrived late because of something entirely out of my control, and I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get seen. Despite my stress the office staff were helpful and got me in anyways.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. If you are experiencing a true medical emergency,…read moreyou will not be treated safely or fairly. I arrived at the emergency department under extreme physical distress with a suspected bowel blockage, severe cramping, and dehydration. I was forced to wait for over four hours in a lobby packed with visibly ill patients who were completely ignored. The staff did nothing but check initial vitals and then left everyone stranded, repeatedly saying "we will have a bed when it's available" with zero updates for hours. When I calmly approached the front desk to ask for an update after watching multiple miserable patients give up and walk out, the clerk gave me a massive attitude. She dismissively told me the ER is split into "trauma" and "regular" departments. A progressive internal blockage carries a high risk of life-threatening complications and should have been prioritized promptly, but they treated it like a minor inconvenience. Because my condition was actively worsening and the staff showed a complete lack of urgency, I was forced to leave for my own safety. When I told them I was leaving, they didn't even offer a basic apology. Instead, they literally threw an Against Medical Advice (AMA) liability paper at me to sign. I had to risk my own safety driving nearly 30 minutes in severe pain to find a facility that actually cared. I ended up going to a freestanding emergency center nearby where I was taken back to a room immediately and received excellent, professional care. This hospital's front-desk staff is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely desensitized to human suffering. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your health.

After a long wait, I was eventually seen by Dr. Kylene Kent. Unfortunately, my experience with her bedside manner was extremely disappointing. I felt that I was spoken to in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. At one point, I was told that if I did not agree with her recommended treatment, I would be sent home. As someone who worked in a hospital for 20 years, I understand the challenges of healthcare, but I also believe that every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. After receiving the treatment, I began experiencing painful spasms in my leg muscles. I became so uncomfortable that I asked my husband to take me home. Approximately five minutes after leaving the hospital, while we were driving home, I developed severe pain, and we had to turn around and return to Mayo Clinic. What was most upsetting was that I did not feel that my concerns were met with the compassion or empathy I expected from an institution with Mayo Clinic's reputation. I left feeling more like a number than a patient whose concerns were being heard. Unfortunately, the experience was also financially difficult. I received a substantial hospital bill, and Mayo Clinic did not accept my insurance. I went to Mayo expecting a high level of medical care and, equally importantly, respectful and compassionate treatment. My experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope Mayo Clinic takes patient experiences like mine seriously and looks closely at how patients are treated, particularly when they are frightened, in pain, and seeking emergency care.

This is how I wish all Urgent Care centers would work!…read more If you go to urgent care, you know you are going to have to wait. Your hope is that you'll wait less than in an Emergency Room. The check in process was smooth and credible. I loved that I could see the waiting list myself in the app, so I had an idea how much longer I might have to wait. It took a few moments, and some attention to set it up, but there were no snags. Being able to fill in my check in paperwork in the car and review it at my own pace was exactly what I've always hoped for! They allowed me to wait in my car until my time was called. All I had to do is give them a number where they could text me. I worried that I might have issues with billing since I am away from home in another state. No problem. The helpful and professional staff worked it out without difficulty. The wait time turned out to be about what I expected (and what was predicted in the app). My NP was professional, credible, and gave me helpful answers I could not get from providers in my previous visits to other centers at home. I was out quickly and feeling more confident, now that I knew what to expect and what I should do. I really wish all Urgent Care centers ran this way!

Went in…read morefor testing and was told it would take 2 to 3 days, yesterday was day three with nothing from the office. I called myself today and after "leaving my information to receive a call back" (through the AI) I only received a text to "call the office back to get my results" from the medical assistant. Except when you call, you're connected to an AI that refuses to connect you to a live agent. I finally got through to billing after trying a different phone number, where the boss on that end told me to go in person. So I went out of my way to drive a half an hour only to find no help when I went. The front desk lady is rude and unhelpful and clearly takes things personally. She was literally red in the face. I've never experienced this behavior from a doctors office before. I tried my best to be very kind and calm, but I was a little frustrated. I was never rude or deserved her response being so defensive and combative. She told me it was only herself, 1 provider, and 1 medical assistant, and that I would have to wait an hour if I wanted anyone to help me. Mind you I already came in for my appointment 4 days ago. I just simply needed my results so I can treat what's happening to me. The lack of care, compassion and empathy towards my situation was absurd. She was clearly not taking into consideration how much I've had to deal with today because of the company's incompetence. She told me I had to wait because the medical assistant had to see the patients before me and that I was "on her to-do list". Normally that would make sense, but the issue I have is that clearly I was originally higher above on that list because she messaged me telling me she had my results and to contact the office to get them. My only way to contact them was going in person. The front desk lady made it sound like that was impossible. Like I wasn't literally prompted by someone to just come in person. I would've stuck around too, but I unfortunately had to get to work. I guess based on receiving the text that all I had to do was contact the office to get my results, and being told to come in person, I thought I could come in and receive them immediately. Not wait in line as if I was a new patient. I will never be returning and I will be making it very clear to everyone around me that this is never somewhere anyone should go. So upsetting that they handle things this way when they're dealing with people's health. I honestly hope this place gets shut down. Had to make a virtual care appointment for the next day do be able to get my results.

However, since,…read morebetween the two of us, we have seen a number of doctors, nurses, physician's assistants, counselors, and advisors, we have sufficient knowledge and experience to give a qualified evaluation of this organization. The above list alone should indicate that, despite our short time with Cigna, we do have a broad base of experience on which to make an evaluation of their staff, services, and attitudes. I could also have mentioned their professionalism which reaches the highest levels of performance. Now, in my 70's, I can honestly say that I have never, ever, had such excellent help regarding my medical issues. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, that I have so far met at Cigna, in 4 of their various medical facilities in Mesa, have shown me only the highest levels of competence and have conducted themselves only in the most concerned and dedicated way. No one could have done any better, been more cheerful, friendly, and competent. THUMBS UP, CIGNA! The Cigna group has an integrated and shared information network, so that our records are always available to whatever type of specialist we might be seeing at a given time. Moreover, at the end of each medical appointment, they unfailingly give us a complete printed rundown of the results of the session including all findings, suggestions on my health care practices, and their recommendations. Along with this, they include a complete list of all scheduled appointments with the Cigna medical practitioners and specialists. We have NEVER been so well taken care of in our lives! I recommend Cigna Medical to anyone who has any medical issues whatever as well as to anyone who just wants to have the very best healthcare available. Than this, better service is just not available! Note: I see, in reviewing my comments, that YELP has applied them to Cigna facilities in Scottsdale. That was not my intention as I have not visited any of their Scottsdale locations or facilities and, therefore, know nothing about them. Despite that, from my experience with Cigna in Mesa, I would expect nothing but the highest standards from any of Cigna's facilities anywhere in the U. S. Richard H. J###### Mesa, AZ
