Todd quoted the work the very day we called him and was prompt in all communications and commitment times. He and his skilled crew were efficient and thorough in their work. Several of the large trees were in between two sets of power lines and required precise dropping of trees in tight spaces without damaging property. The team worked hard despite the extremely hot humid temperatures both days. Todd was a pleasure to work with and when his crew was done, they left our property in great condition. Start to finish the work was done safely, efficiently, accurately and at a fair price. We would definitely use them again.

We considered several companies, but felt that Trudell's were arborists who understood trimming of trees... not just skilled at removing them. It was scheduled to be an all day job with the possibility of carrying over to the next morning. But the crew, all extremely professional, was able to finish the work on day 1. Everything was immaculate after their work... in fact it looked much better than when they started. And I've never been as satisfied with the stump removal. I even had neighbors comment on the fact that it was the best job they had ever seen. Throughout the day, the crew would answer any questions we had about the care of our trees and what they were doing. . And after trimming out the dead branches we have now had several days of wind and rain without having multiple (small) branches falling on our property. Bassett Tree Service came out for stump grinding Friday. They did a fantastic job and I recommend…read morethem highly. Showed up as agreed, with a call when on his way. He leveled out the area around the stumps as part of grinding them and he cleaned up everything that escaped the grinder. One stump was near neighbors yard and I was figuring I would be cleaning that up, but it all looked perfect when he finished. I also have to say thanks to them for fitting me in on a Friday right before the holiday as I was leaving town! Reasonable price for the work I had, so I am a happy customer.
