He is the only one who I let cut my hair. I've tried other barbers from time to time but always go back to Joe's. If you go in once a month or so he (RIch)will remember your haircut so you don't have to say a thing. He uses a raiser on your side burns and neck ...and doesn't need to be told to check for evenness around your head. There are two other barbers (1 man and 1 woman) at this shop that I've given multiple chances to.... but have been sorely let down time and again. RIch is in his 70s now.... Then he cut my neck multiple times with the straight edge blade. As I waited for my grandfather I asked the other barber to give me a paper towel to soak up the blood dripping down onto my shirt.
