I made an appointment at their opening time on a Saturday morning, and knew I had to wait there while the car was being examined. There was a very nice waiting room, with a TV and wifi. As a part-time student, I just did some readings for classes while they inspected my car. I was expecting to be there for around two hours, but was told after a little over an hour that I was all set. Excellent no-nonsense service and the employees were very friendly, especially at an early time on a Saturday morning. Will re-visit for any future car-related issues.

I brought in my Porsche Turbo and they took the time to look up the PDK services I was curious about and mentioned that it called for a lot of oil and I would only be charged for what was actually used. That is voluntary on their part and very welcome. I love high performance German cars and so do they and with them back in my corner I am happy again. Communication is key and we have that back. Highly recommended if you own European car.

His price is very competitive and he's very honest about what your car needs and doesn't need. He won't do unnecessary things simply because they can. For example, I told him that I may need an oil change--he checked and told me that I could drive another 2,000 miles. I highly recommend Aras. When I arrived on time, I was told that the person who booked my appointment had overbooked the schedule and they could no longer fit me in. While the technician I spoke with was polite and professional, that doesn't change the fact that my time was wasted due to poor scheduling and internal miscommunication. I specifically made an appointment to avoid this exact situation. The earliest they could reschedule me was Monday, which didn't work for me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you're going to offer appointments, you need to honor them.
