I made an appointment at their opening time on a Saturday morning, and knew I had to wait there while the car was being examined. There was a very nice waiting room, with a TV and wifi. As a part-time student, I just did some readings for classes while they inspected my car. I was expecting to be there for around two hours, but was told after a little over an hour that I was all set. Excellent no-nonsense service and the employees were very friendly, especially at an early time on a Saturday morning. Will re-visit for any future car-related issues.

So I didn't do it then.. but the car died on the highway a week or two later ... the tow driver suggested this place, I shrugged and said OK. They called me a couple days later ... total bill 250.. Well my pickup had a sheaf of work I expected to be in the thousands... took it here to NE pronto, and the bill was just over 1200. Always prices I find reasonable or better, and good work. Sometimes as said slow to get in or getting parts, but for good work at honest prices I'm happy to deal with it.
