I made an appointment at their opening time on a Saturday morning, and knew I had to wait there while the car was being examined. There was a very nice waiting room, with a TV and wifi. As a part-time student, I just did some readings for classes while they inspected my car. I was expecting to be there for around two hours, but was told after a little over an hour that I was all set. Excellent no-nonsense service and the employees were very friendly, especially at an early time on a Saturday morning. Will re-visit for any future car-related issues.

They let me know it would be about 45-60 minutes wait. They were pleasant. I had my little kids with me and we needed to wait. The waiting room is what to be expected at a garage - nothing fancy. We ended up waiting 70 minutes for the oil change. The total cost for the oil change was great, because I used a coupon (came to $15).

I specifically made an appointment to avoid this exact situation. The earliest they could reschedule me was Monday, which didn't work for me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you're going to offer appointments, you need to honor them.

I have been coming here for about just under ten months. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the employees, here. They're nice, approachable, comical, and hard working. They have been both physically and verbally helpful to me, every visit. And I love that they give complimentary vehicle inspections, each visit. Oh! And they text you every step of the way, regarding the service(s) that's being rendered to your car. I will say though, they NEVER answer their phones!!!! lol Other than not answering their phones, I would have rated them 5 Stars!! I'll list some of my interactions with them below: Interaction #1: My car needed an oil change. I called them. No answer. I walked-in, and was seen same day. In and out, within 20 minutes. This happened on three separate occasions. So about seven months in between each occasion. It was fast and was done with care. How do I know? Because I like to peek through the heavily tinted glass in the waiting area lol. Also, I love the printed work receipt/documents that they give you. To me, that's going over and beyond. Not all mechanics do that. It lists everything, IN DETAIL, what was done, and what will need to be done soon, by way of their complimentary vehicle inspection. Very beneficial! Interaction #2: All of our favorite: Inspection Time! lol So my vehicle needed inspection and new stickers. I went in person, to see if I can be seen, but I assumed I would have to make an appointment which was ok. But There was a mixup. The mixup was that I had set the appointment to come back in person, Monday morning. (Appt made on Friday). The tires were supposed to be ordered, all four new tires. They weren't ordered, when I arrived Monday morning. however, the manager was there, and he rectify the situation, immediately, in the most professional, kind and empathetic way. I thought he thought I was going to get violent on him. I wasn't lol, but I love that he was practicing to de-escalate a situation that could have potentially escalated. That's a great skill to have and something that I am taught in my field as well. So I could tell that that's what he was doing. I wish I could remember his name. He deserves recognition. He does a lot of active listening, even though you don't think he's not paying attention, he's paying attention. He's very swift and takes care of business. I like that very much. With the tire issue, the manager was so kind to deducted a few dollars off the tires, because the tires that I ordered, we're not there. I had to get other tires, which cost more than what I wanted. So yeah, he took immediate accountability, and helped me save money on the order. I appreciated that so very much. Interaction #3: I brought my car here for another routine oil change. Same as before. No more than 20 minute wait. I tried calling, but of course no one picks up. So I went in person and was asked if I could come back in the afternoon. I said yes that's fine. Came back, and was seen immediately. The weight was about 20 minutes. And the staff, as always was friendly, and inviting, and helpful.

Started going there when I had gotten estimates for work on an old car that were in the 800-1200 range which I know enough about cars to know was exorbitant for what was needed. So I didn't do it then.. but the car died on the highway a week or two later ... the tow driver suggested this place, I shrugged and said OK. They called me a couple days later ... total bill 250.. Well my pickup had a sheaf of work I expected to be in the thousands... took it here to NE pronto, and the bill was just over 1200. Always prices I find reasonable or better, and good work. Sometimes as said slow to get in or getting parts, but for good work at honest prices I'm happy to deal with it.
