I am no repair person but you can't repair a machine in 60 seconds. It is an awful feeling to be ripped off. He absolutely knew he did not repair that machine. I DO NOT RECOMEND them.

After we had lunch today at The Classic On Noble, we decided to walk to Western Auto to let my 8 month old granddaughter pick out her large & expensive Christmas present herself. I wanted to see her reaction to the toys so I could purchase her the best Christmas present possible. At the door, with my granddaughter in my arms, I was greeted by a woman who began to speak to me with a thick accent. She blocked us at the front door preventing us from entering the store. I could not understand what she was trying to tell me due to her accent. I then noticed a old man, holding a cane standing 10 foot or so behind her was telling her what to say to me. Finally, after she had to repeat herself a couple of times, I understood what she was saying to me... "Children are not allowed to enter due to the Coronavirus." I then replied, " That's ok, I will take my business elsewhere & none of my family will ever be back." The lady then shut the door in our face & locked it!!! I had $800 CASH in my pocket that I was prepared to spend every single dime of it at Western Auto on presents for my 8 month old granddaughter for her very first Christmas. This establishment has toys on display in their rather large windows for the public to view from a highly trafficked street in a very densely populated area in the middle of town! This Toy Store is a place where children are not allowed to enter their facility even during the CHRISTMAS shopping season! They were VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL to me and my infant granddaughter! The owner is a SCROOGE! This was my granddaughter's very first Christmas shopping experience by the way! I wish I could shelter & protect her from these experiences forever. I know this cannot be prevented however, being discriminated against by a public place of business at 8 months due to her age is appalling!!
