I have a mole on my nose that has been growing ever since I was a kid (I know, TMI, but you gotta get the full story). I've been wanting to remove this mole my whole life but haven't had success in finding a dermatologist that best fit what I was looking for. It was always a complicated procedure when essentially all I really wanted was to shave it down, but every other dermatologist wanted me to completely remove it. Dr. Nour Al-Hadidi actually asked me what I wanted to do while inputting her best opinion. She just truly blew it out of the park. Same with her assistant, Wanda! So beyond informational, straight forward, and thorough. I felt like she truly had my best interest at heart and she even got a second opinion from another doctor. We came up with a decision together and she did exactly what I wanted right there and then. I booked a follow up appointment in 2 weeks, but just like that it was one and done. She would always check in with me if I was okay throughout the whole procedure, as well. I will definitely be coming here now for all my dermatology needs. The place itself was very spacious and clean, too. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a dermatologist!

All of the associates were wearing masks. I had to fill out some new paperwork and snagged a seat. I was literally the only person in the entire waiting room and I didn't even get to finish the papers because I was called for my appointment! Usually I'm used to waiting a few minutes for appointments but not here; I was taken back to my room right away. I was a little nervous for this appointment because I made it to get a mole removed on my back. I was told the process would be painless but anything with any needles (even momentary for numbing) scares me. Kristin, one of the Physician Assistants here was incredible. She was so friendly and easy to have conversation with. She walked me through the process of the mole removal and by the time she was done talking I didn't even know it was finished!!! I was so so happily surprised with how painless this experience actually was. She gave me some Polysporin ointment for the biopsy area and some advice for care. After the small procedure, I went to the desk to check out and finish my papers. I even had two associates helping me at once- how cool is that? One took my card for payment and the other was scheduling my next appointment. The fastest appointment I've ever been to in my life ha! The waiting area and offices I sat in were clean and quiet. The front office staff were kind and due to my tricky insurance, were willing to document and ensure that necessary documentation was submitted prior to proceeding with my appointment instead of saying "well just wait for your bill." The worst of the experience was interacting with the nurse prior to meeting with Dr Kasprowicz. The nurse was already typing what she "thought" I was going to say before I had spoken. I had her read the notes back to me and had to correct what she had written. I get it, nurses are overwhelmed, but it put me on guard a bit. I made the nurse correct things and had to review what was re-written. When I met with Dr Kasprowicz, she was thorough in discussing the concern and discussed treatment options. We decided to conduct an in office procedure. Dr Kasprowicz was quick, but when I was having a minor complication with the procedure, she said, "what are you on *specific medication*", indicating that she did not read my medications in my chart. I wasn't on that medication, but that comment didn't sit well with me. I don't know if it was her or the nurse who didn't review that part. Dr Kasprowicz's other thoroughness made up for this comment. I'll go back here since my insurance is accepted here, but if I do hear of a better dermatologist, I'm open to trying them as well.

Dr. Bognet immediately had numerous options available which had never been presented elsewhere! Within a week of seeing Dr. Bognet, my girls' faces were clear. (Interestingly, they each had different types of acne, which required entirely different treatments.) I wish I had found her sooner! Similarly, I struggled with a small wart near my fingernail. The prior dermatologist's years of treatments did not eliminate the problem. Dr. Bognet to the rescue. She treated and eliminated the stubborn wart the first time! She is amazing! Over the last year, she has successfully treated a variety of skin ailments presented by my five family members. Additionally, her medical technician, Kyle, is fantastic. My daughter went off to college and needed continuation of care in a small rural town out of state. Kyle spent hours over multiple phone calls working with the not-so-up-to-date rural provider.
