We ended up washing all the linens at 10pm the night we got in and all of the "stains" came out. Stains or not, even Motel 6 offers clean and stain-free linens. We had to clean pots and pans before using them. We also had to clean the bathroom before being able to use the shower. It is understandable that Julie does not do the cleaning and servicing herself. However, in owning a property management company, part of your duties is to oversee the company doing the cleaning. Julie expressed no concerns and even a sincere apology for the poor experience my family had. I was shocked at her lack of customer service. Do not utilize this company to rent from or to manage your property.
