We can confidently say that he is one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors we have ever had, if not the most. We am very impressed with the attention he provides to each patient. Dr. Joud takes the time to listen to our concerns without rushing through the appointment. He explains medical conditions and treatment in a way that is easy to understand. We always leave feeling reassured and well cared for. When I was admitted to the hospital, Dr. Joud went above and beyond when providing care for our very complex medical issues. His specialty referral can never be matched. The office staff is always friendly, making scheduling appointments easy. The office is immaculate, and I never feel like another number. Also, he could very well have saved my life by referring me to a cardiologist when he believed (accurately) that I may have congestive heart failure. I've been very happy with the entire staff at the Port Richey office. Marisa is always polite and professional, returns phone calls promptly and provides calm advice and tips that have saved me a great deal of money. For those people who are cowards about going to see a doctor, this practice is likely not for you. When you arrive, there are no friendly greetings, only a sliding frosted door that is closed. You sign in, and then you see an arm reach for the clipboard, snatch it inside the office, and only then do you get a response. When someone has my insurance card and driver's license, I would like to keep that person in my field of vision. When my reason came up for the visit, there was more militant behavior as if these "front" people know more about me than I do. I know what the doctor told me, and they acted as if what I said didn't matter. A lady was called back and when a gentleman thought they meant him, he was given a harsh "No." Even with a sweet doctor, these people are ruining her practice.
