He never returned my calls or texts for weeks. Finally, at the end of October we were able to take our engagement photos. Then I did not hear from him until 2 weeks before my wedding when I started calling him again and again it was hard to get ahold of him. The day of my wedding he did alright the pictures are good but the videographer is in a good majority of my pictures, which kind of ruins them. After the wedding was all done we got some photos about a week after the wedding which was great with the promise of more to come soon! At the beginning of December we still hadn't hear and again Jim wasn't returning calls or texts. We got a couple more after my mom called him in December. Then a couple months went by and I had totally forgotten about my video and the rest of the pictures because so much time had gone by. In April I started call Jim again, weeks would go by before he would respond to any texts or calls. When he would he would insist that he was almost done with my video and I would be getting it soon. I finally got my video the first week in August 2 weeks before my wedding anniversary. The video was a mess and most of it doesn't even have sound. Sign with caution. This was the worst and most stressful experience of my wedding.

Brady was very attentive to us - bride & groom - when we requested songs as we were all having fun on the dance floor. There were small things we noticed throughout the event that left us a little disappointed. The PA microphone was a little soft so guests had a difficult time hearing announcements. Also we had made a special cut of our first dance song that seemed to get lost in the mix. Other than those details, everything was amazing! We also got a photo booth and it was loved by everyone! I can't say enough good things about Nick and his execution. Good music was one of the most important things to my husband and I, and Milwaukee Airwaves exceeded our expectations! Throughout the planning process, Milwaukee Airwaves was responsive, helpful, and answered all questions! We also utilized their photobooth services which was a crowd pleaser! The photo book that was provided is one of our most cherished items from the wedding. We meet with Ron a couple weeks after the baby was born, and we followed up with pictures at three months, six months, nine months and at one years old. Shortly thereafter we had a beautiful, personalized collage on a thick, quality paper that hangs up in our house as we speak. We were able to pick the poses that we liked the most and Ron took some beautiful pictures. Ron was also very kind and understanding as our busy schedules had us changing appointments on the fly but Ron took it all in stride and always made us feel very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the pictures are a little bit pricey, but if you can afford it, it's definitely money well spent. We ended up buying some extra pictures we really liked. As long as I can afford it, I will definitely come back.
