Dealing with Anna who was in charge of getting all of my paper work together was a complete nightmare. Completely unprofessional (not to mention unkempt). She misplaced papers, gave us false information as far as paying off a car loan to procure our mortgage, and negated to even tell us until the day before settlement that we had to pay down a separate car loan 3k in order to get the rate we had agreed upon. Swore she told us but when confronted with the paper work, lengthy email chain I kept, and phone call documentation, didn't have much to say. Ended up pushing back our settlement date because she couldn't perform her job correctly. The entire process was a nightmare. Go somewhere else if you need a mortgage.
