I seriously do not understand why they even have a phone if they are never going to answer it. I've…read moregone to Stockton Acupuncture three times now, and the actual acupuncture is okay. However, they never answer the phone when I try to call. The last time I was there, they claimed they had scheduled two appointments for me during my previous visit and said I missed one of them, which I absolutely did not. They have only ever scheduled one appointment for me at a time and have given me appointment cards that reflect that. They didn't charge me for the supposed missed appointment, but they tried to. I tried calling them earlier today and again just now to see if it's possible to reschedule my upcoming appointment this Friday, but they still are not answering their phones. They honestly should just disconnect their phone line since they're clearly not using it. I just emailed my doctor to see if I can get a referral for a different acupuncturist because this is ridiculous!

The front desk handles everything for me, and I only have to pay my copay, which makes each visit stress-free. She has helped me with several health concerns, especially my back pain, which has improved a lot since starting treatment. What surprised me most is how much she has also helped with my allergies. Eastern medicine can be incredibly effective when done properly, but this experience felt rushed, impersonal, and money-driven. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of care was unacceptable. I'm sorry to say this is an insult to eastern medicine. I've had eastern medicine and they never treated me without even identifying my problem.
