With their help these issues are under control. I could not smile at all, I could not close my eye, and I had to tape my eye shut every night to protect it. I went in for my consultation with Dr.Quan and she immediately pointed out the root of my issues , no having to get a referral for this specialist or that specialist, or blood work . No it was right there for her to see and she immediately knew what I needed. I can't tell you the immense relief I felt when she told me that she make me feel like myself again and she immediately started me on my treatments . However, they never answer the phone when I try to call. The last time I was there, they claimed they had scheduled two appointments for me during my previous visit and said I missed one of them, which I absolutely did not. They have only ever scheduled one appointment for me at a time and have given me appointment cards that reflect that. They didn't charge me for the supposed missed appointment, but they tried to. I tried calling them earlier today and again just now to see if it's possible to reschedule my upcoming appointment this Friday, but they still are not answering their phones. They honestly should just disconnect their phone line since they're clearly not using it.
