It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. By the second week, the seller was becoming more and more difficult, however, Rodney was there even in the middle of the night making sure things got done on time and without any extra cost. Despite this, it was not paid through escrow, and I was not clearly instructed to pay it. I later received a delinquent tax bill with nearly $1,000 in penalties. The closing documents were also unclear and misleading, making it difficult to understand how credits were applied and what remained outstanding. This reflects poor handling of a known obligation, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication; issues that should not occur in a properly managed closing. I would strongly caution others not to assume critical items are being handled, even if they appear in the paperwork.
